Your gonna have to close down the projects not even a block from there or your gonna have serious crime and thefts . Also the homeless have gotten way worse so hope there is a camp for them. Did I mention parking? Absolutely no parking in chattanooga either and most spots art 8 to 10 dollars. Get ready for another over inflated design that looks pretty but doesn't really solve any problems that most cities have. I'm sure this will serve the people who's gonna move here well but do nothing for the people who have lived here for decades.

Nichole I am so sad that this past Friday was your last day here at Patten...I need to talk to you badly...this is serious..the Elmington ladies, after our recertification meeting on Thursday and subsequent negative exchange of words between Ms. Tucker and myself, the very next day I was served an eviction notice and an email was sent to hud with boisterous lies about myself...they told Ruth B. from hud that I attacked them with f-bombs and was hysterical and all sorts of non-sense. Coco was purposely evasive of my questions about what I was signing and used semantics towards collusion to deceptively try to hide their true intentions. At the end of that meeting Coco told me that they needed yet again two proofs and could not continue with my 2020 recert or my interim recert that hud asked them to do to adjust the overcharging of rent since March when I lost my income but that raised my rent ridiculously so. But in their email to Ruth Brown at the multi family complaints division of hud where they flat out lied about me and my actions at said meeting...they stated that after cussing them I refused to continue with the paperwork. I wish so badly that I had recorded that meeting so as to prove my innocence in these accusations against me. But Ruth believes me and wants me to speak directly to Scott Keen the regional Vice President at elmington about my experience in that meeting and interactions that took place previously. Now, I know why you left, to some degree, you are not about the dishonest and deceptive practices of these elmington employees that were put in charge of all of our homes here. You are good and cared about each and everyone of us and tried your best everyday to help any of us in every way you could. You were in that back connecting office when this meeting took place and I’m sure you overheard most if not all of it. I know also that you are a honest God fearing Christian that prayed over myself and my child on numerous occasions so I’m hoping you will want to shed light on the truth here.
