As you well know, these are awesome tents. I have a 12x12 and it has served me well in very winding conditions while hunting pronghorn in Wyoming and on late season mulie and elk hunts.

I got a force 48. The enclosed paper manual states 'do not use oveR 32GB type 10'. The online manual states up to 512GB! The phone help & chat help both say 512GB. There is no way to email management to find the truth & alert them to the discrepancy. They just send a noreply email saying they have better ways to serve us. THEY DO NOT! I will be returning it to the store. Enough BS!

Ive had the 12x12 Alaknak for just about fifteen years, and just love it. Wind, rain, snow, right out of the box it has held up beautifully.

Line ID goes towards the head and not the other way around on both floating and sink tips. If you want a really gentle presentation reverse the head.

Sorry i am a big fan of baking soda but is not working. I have water bladers for backpak, i have a sea to summit water cell well made product, hydrapak and all have bad taste are well made but to bad you can not drink the water becouse of the taste.

We use a 16 by 16 gp medium and 4 mules and five horses to get our gear to camp...?

I bought a camelback from an army surplus. For 10 bucks. It’s in great shape but it gives the water a strong plastic taste. I hope your trick works. I’m trying it now.

How do you keep water out with the opening underneath the stove?

I have one of Paul's saddles. I find it way more comfortable than my Tethrd Mantis. Shot my buck this season on November 12 using his saddle.
