winds from nothing and kite falling out of the sky to very strong gusts. Changing in a split second. At least the wind did not shift direction too much so the Kestrel was a bit more stable than last time. Other kites were 5.4m PL Vapor and 11m Skycountry Hysper 3.

as usual...I packed the smaller kite which was fun but got too small. As soon as my 11m Elf was ready to go the wind dropped to nothing. Short ride, on top of that it started raining and me and the kite got all wet.

riding my 4m Peak 4 in crazy winds from 3-25 knots. Took a little break and afterwards it looked stupid like that. But you have no idea when or if the gusts are coming back like before.

Flysurfer VMG 9m in super gusty winds from 5 - 20 knots. I froze my hands in spite of gloves. Packing up and a long walk to the car in pitch black darkness.

base is a Libre Hardcore, one of the oldest ones around. 130cm rear axle. Stainless Z downtube and Libre Dragster fork. Custom footrests. Duro bigfoot light wheels. I´ve been riding it forever.

first test of my Pansh Kestrel 12m. Forecast was 9-15 knots and when I got there it was around 3-5 knots. Some gusts in between maybe 7-9 knots .You take what you get, better than nothing.

the first snowkite session in a very long time, huge fun. Absolute minimal winds, maybe 5 knots max...most of the time 2-4 knots. Very little sticky wet snow, sometimes getting stuck on the grass and soil like glue. While riding the snow was melting beneath my skis. I squeezed everything out of the kite session.

Summer 2022

the first enjoyable winds since the beginning of October, hard to believe. The last hour of the day the sunset evening wind finally came around. I was riding until it was pitch black.

very nasty and gusty winds. Going from next to nothing up to 26 knots. Split second gusts hitting feels like a hammer beating the kite. Conditions for the poor little Peak 4 4m.
