Who wrote this script. He is not a Lt Colonel as stated at 0:44. Lt Colonel's are in the Army, Air Force and Marine Corps at paygrade O5 and the same rank in the Navy is Commander. at 2:09 when in uniform, rank insignia is of a Lt Commander, paygrade O4, which is a Major in the other branches of the military (except Coast Guard and National Health Service which use Navy rank designations). Also, the Oak leaf with acorn on the epilate next to the rank designation indicates that he is a medical officer.
