Vraiment bien ❤!
keep working. Give that viola lots of love!
Harmonic ambiguity is what renders this Nocturne eerie. The problem is not that there might be a ghost in the cupboard or under the bed. The problem is that the listener doesn't know where he is, musically speaking, and this for his greatest pleasure.
Great job !
I'm very sad that it was discontinued. This exactly what I need.
im using it right now it works very well just look for the sourceforge site and you also need to install a current version of java runtime environment. I can help you get it running if you want. I found a bug where it will say its in a specific key but it will play in a different one that's shown in the key staff but other than that it runs very well.
Theres's a free website called sightreading[dot]training that infinitely generates notes and chords according to the settings you set, though it only deals with pitch and has no rhythm training. If you need rhythm, there's a website called sightreadingfactory[dot]com that has rhythm, although it doesn't have MIDI capabilities and has a limited number of free uses until you need to pay. On the bright side, the price is only $35-U.S. per....year. That's pretty reasonable. ToneSavvy is a free website and has pitch identification and eartraining exercises, among other things, and has MIDI capabilities. Piano Marvel is only $16-U.S. a month and has a lot of sheet music, aswell as a general sight-reading test (SASR) and many sight-reading drills. It's MIDI compatible and tests both pitch and rhythm.
Can you feed sheet music into it?
Oof tell meh when 4 years pass
Im getting to much latency, I play a not and it marks it as wrong because it didn't detect it in time. I already have the latency bar on the 0 setting but still. It would be great they could implement ASIO driver like in a regular DAW
I felt ghost in my room...
Pianissimo sounds the best. and it's just 250GB
doesn't work.
@ontpoftheworld3806 commentaire ridicule c'est l'enregistrement de Poulenc lui-même 😉
Hello Christophe. I have great difficulties to have my keystation 889es to work on my Linux Mint. Qjack connected and set lmms installed and keyboard 88es found and active in Midi settings. What setup help did you use and recommend? Qould be great if you could help me with that. I have Soundfonts for piano on my hard disc. Thank you.
Kind of odd to demo a music software without any sound?
is there any way to make the note reading work in an 88 note range?
donde descargo Linux sampler
Alicia's sounds the most realistic both in timbre and in the way it is expressed.
What is this video about????. Showing your player skills or talk about software.Your playing not interest me because i play much better.
It's about comparing some virtual pianos, duh.
What is this Comment about????. Showing your player skills or a serious question. Your playing doesn't interest me either....
This software was amazing, too bad it does not work with el capitan :(
It should! It works on macOS High Sierra (10.13), so I bet it works on all the previous versions of OS X too. You just need to have Java JDK to install it and to run it. Here's where you can find it: www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk10-downloads-4416644.html
Hi I have sent an email asking how to open Jalmus on a Mac. I have downloaded it and extracted, but there is no application file I can open. Please help, since I really would like to start using this! Thanks

I've been using it and it's really helpful, only thing is I wish there was a higher penalty for hitting the wrong note. A lot of times I can hit three or four notes incorrectly and it doesn't put much of a dent in the "health" bar, which just encourages sloppiness.
How can I plug my keyboard M-Audio 88ES to linuxsampler? My OS is Ubuntu 15.10. Jack and linuxsempler are installed. I can use the virtual keyboard in "Fantasia", but I want to use my keyboard.
You need to install some like Patchage and make connections, remember that MIDI need to work with ALSA
Pianissimo has a nice warm sound to it.
whats with the music note?
Pianissimo and Pianoteq. :)
I have just come across this but i don't think this has been updated in years it was develop using old version of java i am using windows 7 64 bit I'll give it a go as this is what I'm looking for to improve my sight reading seems that most sights want you to pay a monthly or annual subscription for similar programs. They cotton on to the fact they can take more of your hard earn cash rather than selling you the software and charging you premium prices for keyboards and the like.
You sound like an accomplish piano player. So my question is: Which one of these pianos sound best in YOUR opinion?
Interval and chord line games not working on 64 bit version, Windows 8.1
I went to the site but can't see any link to download "Sight Reading Software". There are links to Piano Software, MIDI Software, and some 3rd party apps, but nothing that fits the above description.
All are good if considered specific performance situations. But this demonstration the Truepiano has a better set timbre. However, for those who know how to set and model timbres, Pianoteq has more features and therefore it becomes the best option.
I own Galaxy Steinway and Vienna. There are no other v-pianos that sing like Galaxy. I've demo'd them all.
Ravenscroft 275 beats in in every way
The only way I could ever get Pianoteq to sound good was with the 3 mic preset. My personal choice will always be Native Instruments "The Giant". I used Acoustica Pianissimo for a very long time, but to me there was no real feel to that piano's sound or playability. The giant is a stunning piano.
Merci énormément Monsieur pour le logiciel Jalmus, je n'ai trouvé rien de comparable!
hazaduke Speed in my grade 7 piano book. Andantino con grazia. Each half note=1 beat. Time signature 9:8. Tempo 48-52.
Just curious. What is being used for the host software in this video? I can't make it out. Thanks.
Cantabile Performer by Topten Software - www.cantabilesoftware.com/
All these sampled are not good, Piano in Blue good enough.
Does it work with a proper piano or computer keyboard only ?
You need a keyboard with midi.
+Muhammad Ahmed For clarification, you need an electronic piano keyboard with midi ports and a usb to midi adapter. Some more expensive piano keyboards have standard USB like is found on printers.
In my opinion i would choose the Galaxy because i like the way the velocity of the keys sound compared to the ivory with just sound like your just adjusting the volume and there's no dynamics.
Same problem. I just fixed mine. In the installed folder 'Jalmus' look for another folder entitled "bin" Inside this folder is the file, "jalmus.jar" Launch this file.
TruePianos is too bright to my taste so I prefer Pianossimo !
The second one "Acustica Pianissimo" is the BEST of all...!! 2nd place "True pianos"
super !!!! :DDDDDDDD
What does it play? Could You tell me? It is beautiful.
Please, is a sound card necessary or just a USB connection ?
Thank you again for your info on virtual piano software. There is a lot happening in the digital virtual piano world. Some of it very exciting and very helpful to musicians and composers who cannot have an acoustic piano. A new midi masterkeyboard called LACHNIT FLK keyboards is available now. Fritz Lachnit, the developer, worked for Bosendorfer and helped develop Bosendorfer Ceus system. The company has a website. The keyboard works with lightbeams.
Thank you for the comparison's of virtual piano software. I have been listening to demo's of Sound Magic virtual pianos from Taiwan. They have a website. Supreme Piano II is one of there virtual pianos using piano modeling technology. A new digital piano using piano modeling technology is Physis from Italy. It is new and there are few recordings available on the web.
I don't believe that, it sounds like MIDI or you should adjust your playing style
if pianoteq stage really sounds this good I´ll try the demo for sure
Perfect! Can u send me the link where I can download it?
I'm using True Pianos for live perfomance :D
