I have three collars but the one at the boathouse I never got since I killed the mutant in my earlier play but still didn't spawn it when the quest activated later and also it didn't say there was one at the boathouse, I just found out online it's a spot too. shows only 3 spots on the map supposed to be 4.

It's bugged, Devs are aware, for PC users u can install console tool mod and manually fix it fir everyone else can try an earlier save. It's a side quest, no biggie, I can still progress Main game just fine.

Same issue - I killed him and except I didn’t loot it so when I come back for the quest I see the collar on my UI, it beeps and says I’m right on top of it but I don’t see the collar or the snork body. Very frustrating.

Mine is the Bloodsucker near where Richter sits at Boathouse in Wild Island area.

After first command copy this: XStartQuest E08_SQ01_S2 and paste in your console like before.

The same problem. We have to end that quest in Console. Copy this: XDKFinishQuestStage E08_SQ01 E08_SQ01_Wait_For_Your_Reward_From_Shcherba true And paste into your console in game.

Same thing with me sept i got the collar but the mission wont despawn after i grabbed it so now i have all of them and cant give em to the quest giver

if youre on xbox or ps then theres no fix but if your on pc install UETools from nexus mods and you can use commands to progress the quest as normal.
