I will always adore and worship the old designs. However I do appreciate the new designs despite not being very fond of them(some of the designs look awkward mostly jay and zane). To be clear, I’m not a “old designs are the only good designs” shitter. I’m just saying that i will always prefer the old designs and will stay open to the new designs as they keep releasing.

Ive always liked the redesigns, the only few issues i have are minor details, like jay no longer being ginger, kais scar being on the wrong side, coles scar now only appearing when he uses his powers, zanes eyes remaining the same colour in both forms.

Personally, even six years later, I still don’t like the redesigns. You can’t just randomly change a bunch of characters designs out of nowhere, just a tie into a crappy movie adaptation. Yes the Lego Ninjago movie was terrible.

I just accidently stumbled across your video since I got really interessted on how people actually think about the redesign. Clear point for me: I don't like them at all. I never did and will never do. The old seasons are pure gold, which is btw. my content for edits, either you like it or not. But that's not the point. The old designs feel way more mature than the changes, since the colouring is not so flashy and mindblowing or mindk1lling. Also the characterdevelopment (if we wanna call so) in Season 8 and above is just decreasing. Bringing back old and dead characters just to hype the crowd or reusing ideas of older seasons is just crap. And with that being said, the target group changed and og fans stopped watching with the start of season 10 at latest! To summ it up... A save or not you can't change something that's already been good to something even better without changes. Sometimes we need to set a stop in order to not fully crash sometime.
