      @@penelopesky1257 her seat changes a lot, her hands aren’t soft so it’s harder for the horse to jump and she is looking too late at the jumps which also makes it harder for the horse because they have to pick the distance even though the rider has to pick the distance. She is also getting left behind on jumps. Her legs are also swinging back and forth in hunters which I do you need to make your ride effortless even lots of these things are basic.

    Doesn’t matter if you do the hunters, eq, jumpers, ride western, dressage.... You can tell she knows her stuff. The way she asks him to move up down a long approach or come back to her and collect his stride approaching a rollback, she has the connection. She collects him with her seat and supports him through the turns with her leg. And that my friends, is the correct way to ride. The give and take, using her leg to pick him up into her hands. The power is coming from the leg up. I respect the hell out of people that utilize their aids with the concerns of the horse coming first. Rich or poor, famous or not you can’t watch this round and say she doesn’t know how to ride. And again, might I add, ride correctly. That’s my Ted talk don’t expect the haters in this comment section to understand what i said anyway!

    • @MBrusaZappellini
      @MBrusaZappellini 3 года назад

      Exactly! You can’t fake a quality ride- a horse is an amplifier of the rider- shitty riding gets bad results on even the most push button horse. ( we have all been there) so seeing a quality ride on a quality horse is undeniable. The people who are criticizing are coming from a bitter place and are simply jealous. It’s obvious that she knows her eq. and that was a quality ride. If people can’t see that ( for whatever reason- jealousy/ignorance etc) then they need to return to riding school. Would I like to have long legs and an expensive horse? Hell yeah! But that’s not in the cards. No big deal, I’m happy with my 14.1 hand sweeties even if I’m way past pony age.

      This is a equitation round, and why do you think it's boring? You must be used to jumpers, or don't ride. Yes jumpers goes faster but in hunters and equitation you are judged on how your horse moves, and how the rider looks, you go steady as the time does not matter. I think no round is boring, you can always learn from them and improve yourself. her pace was perfect and she had a steady canter the whole time. This round was amazing!

Let the girl ride the most expensive horse, ITS NOT hurting anyone else, people like you constantly bring the equestrian community down and it’s a real shame. The horse commuting all share the love of horses but a large percentage of us clearly can’t stand to see someone whose more successful than them, at the end of the day I pity you, the inability to feel happy for another person and always feeling the need to bring others down must lead to a very sad and pathetic life.
