    As a guy with chrons my immune system is too strong. Not too weak. The immune system is so strong it attacks its own friendly cells. I found a cure. It’s a natural herb that have the ability to reset the strength of the immune system back to normal. But I can’t tell the name in the comments because the big pharma mafia has a dedicated extermination force hunting down and deletes every single comment that writes about a real cure.

      Yes exactly! Just like other genetic disorders, you can diagnose it in your early years, and then create a lifestyle plan that helps control flare-ups from happening.

    If you want to make the world a better place, you should avoid a couple of things: -emulsifiers (like for example eggs, which are emulsifiers and placed into all kinds of unhealthy foods) -acids (acids are dangerous and can melt through organic material, and even metal, so you should definitely shouldn't consume things like lemon, or apple or other fruits) -natrium/sodium, is an alkaline metal, which reacts intensely with water, and chloride is a toxic gas, which is harmful for humans, so you should definitely avoid consuming NatriumChloride/SodiumChloride -and most important, you should avoid DihydrogenOxide, which is placed in all kinds of food, but can cause swelling, and sweating, makes you urinate a lot, and everyone who's every consumed it DIED!!! Now if only i had a book which would warn you about these dangers that you could buy, then we would be so much better off (especially me), but sadly i'm too lazy to write a book...

I've had crohns disease since i was 16, for the past 4 years ive been okay, my doctor says the medication is taking care of around 80% of it, but there is still inflammation and I live in fear of it getting bad again. 780,000 years ago is the first evidence of fire used in cooking, but cooking with it didn’t actually become widespread until about 250,000 years ago because humans in our current form didn’t exist until 300,000 years ago anyway, so I think we’re off by a couple years here. Ultimately anything cooked in fire is bad for you and that’s due to the cancer causing char that happens when food is exposed to flames. So one can’t really advocate for fire cooked food as something that’s healthy, because it isn’t, but just cooking food normally is good and saves people’s lives from harmful bacteria everyday.

    It gets even worse because, if you were born with your GI problems, you may not even know your bathroom experience is unusual. No doctor EVER explains what normal is supposed to look like. They assume you just magically know somehow. How do you "describe your symptoms" when you have no idea what the normal experience even looks like?

    • @CrohnsColitisWellbeing
      @CrohnsColitisWellbeing 6 месяцев назад

      This is a great point tbh! I guess from my POV, I had extremely loose stool for around a year and didn't think to seek my GP until I lost 8KG in 3 weeks. Checking the consistency, colour and frequency of your stool and bowel habits would be the first steps into knowing whether something might be wrong. Also consulting your GP with concise details on this will help them know who to refer you to, and what tests to progress you with. This would be my advice, but please feel free to put any recommendations forward yourself :)

      @@CrohnsColitisWellbeingonly kind of true, there's no one size fits all solution for Crohn's. What works for you may not necessarily work for other people. Whilst I do eat some veg, it's not great for managing my symptoms. Lean meat and fish are the only things that I can eat without pain. Even the veg I can stomach, pardon the pun, is hit and miss whether it absorbs and can come out the exact same way it went in. For some eating less plants can be beneficial. I would always recommend speaking to a dietician to find what works for the individual.
