Demo footage of the TIV2 from the show on NoahThunder in action from the fall of 2024. B-Roll footage of the TIV2 showing how the crew deploys the vehicle for a tornado intercept. TIV2 was created to be an armored camera platform for an OBS camera to film inside of a tornado for the videos of NoahThunder and was also one of the starts of the show ''Funnel spotters''.

I deployed tiv 2 in build a boat.. Facts It has full interior.. its in diffrent stages as the first one (1.19) where it was basicly 1.19 twisted tiv rn its in 1.20 and 1.21 will be out in abt 1 month coming with (auto deployment better model better interior blinkers more) Check out my freinds yt channel @alferwxproductions

fun fact: its pretty hard to do cinematic bc of me needing to pause and continue obs every 10 seconds

So first I recorded the video, noticed when I was gonna edit it that I lost the sound. I gave up then next day, I recorded the sound from the original video. And then I noticed that the sound did not match the video so I had to make the video into like 200 diffrent bits and that was a pain. After that I finnaly uploaded it so u could say like 2 days

How do you make the spikes go underground?
Use collision off with the screwdriver tool (you basically make it so you can phase through it)
I made the real spikes over the red thing and then with piston it goes in the red thing and looks real then with another set of pistons they go into the ground

The titus can survive 170 and Tiv 2 can survive 225-250

How do u make the setup to deploy spikes?
sorry for the late responce its basicly: spikes are built over the thing it is in so its connected to 2 pistons. One piston makes it push the spike down into the thing and its speed is 10, when the spikes are in a good position I save the build bc then I know the spikes will look good. Then I place another piston its speed is 1 and it has a length set to how long the TIV 2 spike holding thing is, so it does not fall out of the piston holding thing making it unrealistic, then its just to deploy. Keep in mind the spikes cant be attached to the car it gotta be attached to the flap that it is on (if its not back spikes) so it can make the flap go down otherwise... the entire piston thing is just gonna fall on the ground and yeah thats how I can tell u in a message.
