My parents with my siblings lived here end 60s till mid 70s before mobeing to Tanga. It's called the Little Switzerland of Africa for a reason. ❤
I love my home city
it is my father land i have lived there in 80s my childhood memories i still cherish them i have been away for 40 years! i came back in 2020 most of the places still looks the same i am planning to spend my rest of my life in Tanga it is so quite Naive and Laid back that is why i love Tanga

Loved Tanga in the 60s growing up in near sisal estates. Loved the sea, the raft and the beautiful old tree we would put our blankets next to the sea edge while my family swam it was just magical.
