This video is very helpful for me to put things into perspective. I am selective eater, my husband is also. So naturally, our child is too. I have to „hide“ vegetables into cream soup to eat it myself. In my family, this is generational baggage we carry. My mum has been catering me as a child to eat „at least something“. Now I do the same for my child. I must work on myself. We do have family meals, and insist to eat together. But I have been worried when my son takes just a few bites that he is not taking enough food. When he was 1 year old, he was eating everything. Then he started eliminating one by one and now he eats no fruit and no vegetables at all. Only bread, cheese, pasta…. essentially the beige food.

Is it safe to be used for food

My dermititis came a week after i turned 51. I never had allergies iny life then BOOM i became allergic to my dog, ragweed, grass, you name it. You say its a gut thing and i wouldn't doubt that but in my case i felt it was the hormonal shift when i turned 51. I did do a strict gluten free diet which helped immensely however I ended up getting a rare bacterial infection most likely due to the breakdown of my skin steroids for the rest of my life because the infection destroyed my adrenal glands so the silver lining in the cloud what's the steroids keep the inflammation at bay now however I still experience small flare-ups. Anything the good Dr. might add us welcomed.

The biggest issue is inflammation. Drinking these before a workout could cause joint injuries more easily.

I don’t drink Celsius anymore, but this video is making me want to chug 6. 200 mg is half of the recommended limit for caffeine consumption, according to the FDA, it is not “WaY tOo mUcH For AnYoNe!!!” Sucralose has been correlated to increased inflammation, but it isn’t well documented and is regulated into safe limits. Canned Celsius natural flavors do not contain preservatives, and the lawsuit only argues against the drink mixes. Citric acid, while sometimes extracted from fungus, is also extracted from citrus fruits such as oranges and lemons. Even if the Citric acid in your particular Celsius happens to be extracted from fungus, there aren’t mushroom particles in your drink. The fungus is treated to safely remove all components except citric acid. Also, Citric acid, while SOMETIMES used as a preservative, is also used as a flavoring to make a drink tangy or acidic. If you look on the back of practically any drink, citric acid is listed as an ingredient. It kills me that parents and consumers trust someone like this for medical information, when about 2 google searches make her look stupid. This video is full of misinformation, and a perfect example of why to do your own research.
