Theres some programs out there that you can get for this, but I downloaded a basic Mannequin model from Thingiverse and I adjusted the scale of certain parts to my own measurements. I then add pieces like this to the model and scale accordingly. 🙂👍

Hi, I skipped the painting as it was fairly streight forward. I just painted it in a gunmetal grey and I then dry brushed some silver for weathering with some acrylic brown to dirty it up. I hope this helps. 🙂👍

@@LeeMcnamara-he4ml I use one called E-Tech filler primer. Its an industrial spray and it comes out yellow. Its very good, I order it from Ebay. 👍

Thank you! Yeah, I found some leather pirate gloves online and some cheap fur viking gauntlets. I attached the 3d printed pieces to those. 🙂

Hi, Thank you for you're comment! The model is a file that I found on CGTrader. I had to make it hollow and I removed his eyeball to allow for a motionsensor light. I scaled it up to fullsize using a file that I found of a human skull, I used that as my estimation for scale. I hope this helps! 😁👍

Thank you, yeah I 3d printed it. And I sliced the parts vertically with the model laying horizontal, this was chosen to use less supports. I did the front and back of the models seperate. If you are unsure of scale, there is a mannequin model on Thingiverse, size this up to your own measurements in Microsoft 3d builder and use it to scale armor pieces. I hope this helps you out. 👍😁

Haha yeah I do, I find with FDM printers the quality gets better the bigger that you go. Especially with models like this. I did some filling and sanding. This whole print was printed in around 13 pieces before I gave it the final finish. Thank you for watching! 😁 👍

Hey, it's never too late! 😬 To make this helmet wearable, I gutted an old motorcycle helmet for its padding, and I used some magnets to secure the back of the helmet in place. I hope this answered your question. Good luck with your Cosplay! 🙂
