An in incredibly sloppy and long overdue garden video. Hopefully I’ll manage something nicer for you next month. In the meantime, this should give you an idea of how far we’ve come this spring. It’s not perfect, and it probably won’t be for a while, but it’s definitely progressing and getting better every day! These red puppies are bringing me a particularly large amount of joy. Hope they give ...

We have allowed it to grow in certain areas (privacy barrier) but we keep very well cut back to where and what size we want it. The rest is still very much there but we just keep it cut back with the grass.

I liked your recipe, nice and simple, being in the tropics sometimes my bread doesn’t come out like it should because of the temperature and all the stretch and folds that have to be done makes it harder to get the dough to behave with the high temperatures. I am going to try this method. Thanks for sharing

We aren’t tropical here, but we might as well be with our heat and humidity in the summer! I hope it works for you.

I've been dealing with this too. Saw a video where a guy got rid of his by cutting it down & covering it with thick black carpenter's plastic. Then a woman said the spikes can be broken off & pour straight white vinegar on them. I am going to try this & probably put the plastic over anything I see. I'm not working with near the area you are, but it's a good sized mobile home park lot. I wish you luck & pray it dies for you.

So this is an old video, but I will say the method seem to work well… Unfortunately, I think I started mine too late in the season. This was always a concern I was aware of, so there was root development when I opened it, but not enough to sustain the plant through the winter. If I had put it in a pot inside and might’ve made it.

Good question, I should make a video soon. In case i forget, I would say, all is going pretty well. However, our long-term plans have changed a bit and my husband has decided to keep a strip well-maintained as a visual barrier to the road. However, in the rest of the yard where we have continued to mow and dig out the roots It has minimal growth. It isn’t perfect lawn material. But it is also not a jungle.
