Beautiful Home. How much does it cost per night on Xmas season? Let's say from the 19th to the 26th? And also, when renting it out we get full access to Punta Mita benefits meaning we can go and use the Golf Course?
It is a lovely vacation home. One of our most rented ones and one that we love having in our portfolio and take care of. The cost on those dates would be between € 1.214 and € 2.614. And that is correct. Renting this home out would get you access to the Punta Mita golf course and special beach clubs around the area.

What a beautiful house. I love the shelf that almost looks like it is floating... it hides the pillar. Such a good idea! (personally can't stand to see pillars that look randomly placed in open rooms)... I will never understand why anyone would want their bathtub in their bedroom, but again that's a personal choice. It is a gorgeous property.

Yesterday was the first time I've seen any of your videos/properties. I did look at a few... You've got some gorgeous places in the Algarve and I've book-marked them! Admittedly, when first commented on the bathtub, I thought this property was for sale... didn't realize yet that you are in the luxury rentals market, so that comment was from the point of view of a purchaser. From a rental perspective, I suppose where the bathtub is located doesn't really matter for a week or two stay. Thank you! @@tripwix

Wonderful Property! I stayed in a Four Seasons Villa last year in Punta Mita and it was absolutely gorgeous. And booking with you was the best choice I coul have made. The prices were surprisingly lower than the ones at the Four Seasons website. Great Job Tripwix!
