I can't wait to get a hold of of ark passive on my rats (1640's). Not having to deal with shackles of Nightmare set is a game changer. Also more room to change builds and what not. I think even that is a huuge W

Been taking an extended break. When this comes out in the west ill play for a few weeks. If they announce good changes regarding support shortage (highly doubtful) lost ark might go back to being my main game, otherwise ill just have a little fun with ark passive on my 1640 and leave again

as a returning player currently at 1590 i find the biggest issue for me, the gold.

i can give trance a pass but elixir need to be given out free that system really sucks.. give us 40 elixir something like 5-3 and then you can still farm the 5-5 if you choose to..

The game would actually become 100% better if they simply removed most of the horrible systems. Its one of the only games that can be fixed by just removing content. Remove gold trading, remove honing, and remove account bound mats. You will instantly 10x the playerbase by just removing those three things. Not to mention all the other crappy systems that need to go.

Brother, I was wondering what the KR community thinks about the HP increase in bosses just because everyone's getting easier access to Ark Passive. Because here in the West we are getting the Ark Passive change, around the same time as you, yet I believe we will retain the 2 boss HP nerfs we've gotten and possibly a bit more nerfs to Aegir and Brel a couple months later.

7:31 this has always been the case there are some core recurring almost like ritual problem that this game has since the damn day 1 inception. if the max item level raise people will automatically raise the entry level, with hyper skill and ha powercreep this problem has reach the peak. also the x10 title. not the x1 or trophy. IN THE SPECIFIC THE x10 title. if a player start play the content even just one week behind or play in a "discontinued way" or is just a "funnel one trick juiced main char andy" i had to suffer 3 WEEKS NOT JUST ONE. in PROG lobby AGAIN. because nobody would take me in without the x10. is like a symbol. This x10 title that u can unlock by having multiple alt before 10 factual week time have pass, is just a massive WHALE TAX. every day 1 of a new content you have to RMT your entire roster to the base item level to enter it. and unlock the x10 ASAP. that is the real truth of this community. you can't even speak to people to say you have x7 or something before you get accepted in a lobby, you have to manualy add them in friend list or try a private msg ping. even the word "help" is censored if you try to put it in the lobby title wtf... and finaly THE SUPPORT SHORTAGE ESPECIALLY ON HARD MODE, but they will never remove this role, so iz a doomed argument. every new raid we stuck with shortage problem until the end of lost ark. GG.

Main issue right now is the insurmountable gap between 1-tap honing and pity. Honing to 1660, let alone 1680, is WAY too expensive and the gap to pity is atrocious. They need to reduce it drastically or change how honing works. Else whatever is left of the playerbase will just quit. Ultimately i'm convinced the game will die just like every other KR mmo, because of SG's pure greed and refusal to address any of the core issues.

As a returning player for the last few weeks, i still dont know how to properly do elixir, and even more on transcendence 😢 my 1620 ignite char is not accepted on any thaemine 😅

They also need to find a way to integrate these relic books into the game for example t4 content should only drop t4 relic books period. also rng systems are horrible I have the gold to do the transcendence and elixirs but don't have the time because its not fun doing it for the 7th time.

I pray they come up some idea for the Transcendence to finish it fast for exp: we pay flat amount and same mates for each lvl for all armors each lvl 1-3 1500g, 4-5 2500g and 6-7 3500g and for weapon lvl 1-3 2500g, 4-5 3500g and 6-7 5000g it will sum for the full transcendence around for all armor 82500g and weapon 24500g total 107000 gold the good thing i don't have to spend all day doing the transcendence on people will not make a new characters because they have to spend lot of time doing Transcendence.

I had huge frustration recently seeing the ark passive changes. I was sad to see that they did not decide to allow 80 points of enlightenment before 1680 content. I believe it is crucial for players, especially those who play classes (like striker, souleater, BK breaker, reaper, deathblade) that greatly benefit from 4th node enlightenment to be able to work for and access it before 1680, and not just for damage but for fresh enjoyment of the class with Hyper Skills or quality of life. It is not fun for new players or alt characters to see people play with such drastic playstyle changes and not being able to work for it before that obscene 1680 barrier. Winter LOAON will most likely reveal the last enlightenment potion from bloodclaw chart, which will be enough to reach 80 points without being 1680+. This solves that problem, but I am afraid the bloodclaw activities will continue to require excessive time-gate or luck. I'm hoping it isnt so. I don't want to play old striker playstyle any longer. Personally, I have no motivation to play currently as I am bored of old playstyle while the new playstyle exists, and I will patiently return when bloodclaw potion is accessible. You are so right for the elixir and transz. They should make it much better and with zero RNG, for example that you can by the elixir and trans you want and it should be rosterwide so buy with one char and thats enough.

SG needs to find a way to make the game easier for new people to join or people to return. To many systems and to much rng. They make odd decisions to delete gold for KR that hurts other regions that don’t have tons of gold locked up. I started a new account on another region and it’s painful getting with gold to hone or buy fusions.

If they just didnt lock the ark passive into gear progression, this game "could" be a good game to play or do raids. These people never learn about T3, we stayed there for a very long time but still walking the same path as T3. You can't progress without doing raids too, which is a dumb way to cater such a niche audience and for god sake its a MMORPG, you cant have role in this game you do, me damage, me big namba, me mvp yaaas, me heal, what the f ck?

I hate transcendence

If they want a simple fix to trans elixer make it the 150g or whatever the cost to start it, and then no more required while doing it. I don't think it choice you make in either system should cost more money when it cost to start it. Just give us full trans from gate 1 in Thae as well. Trans makes that raid much more doable.

I play Lost Ark for raiding, not for doing elixir and transcendence.

Make transcendence progress roster wide, like cards. Also honing mats always roster bound, so that alt farming has a meaning

What I think is badly needed is advanced honing nerfs in T4. Yes, I know. "You should have done them in t3" but take into consideration that a lot characters are made now that T4 is out and barely anyone takes 1620 characters to Echidna to normal and even less 1630 to hard. There is no logical reason for them to make t4 advanced honing as expensive as it is right now.

Many ppl say DPS meter help them improve but in reality all i see in pug raid is meltdonw in chat and toxic spam. I play on EU and i AGREE DPS meter should be ban and btw i have 5 supps on my acc and i dont need dps meter.

A few points: - Regarding the DPS meter, the sole reason why Koreans started using it recently is because of the design difficulty of Brel 2.0 raid, especially the hard version. The DPS check for the raid is absolutely insane and naturally, most parties could not meet it if you had 1 or more DPS members who could not cut it. In a sense, SG is blaming players for using the DPS meter to improve themselves or to kick out the burdens, but the incentive to use it is their own raid design. If you want to discourage people from using it, make the raid more accessible. Progressive raids should not be an insanely difficulty challenge. Reserve that for hell modes. Bottom line is, DPS meter would not be necessary if the raid wouldn't be that difficult, especially in terms of DPS check. - Ark passive is indeed better than T3 vertical system, but it is locked behind item level. You can't take fully take advantage of it unless you are 1660-1680. Which is stupid. - SG needs to come up with a strategy to lower the p2w perception that the players have in relation to T4. Right now, the gap between whales and non-whales or micro-spenders is too big. We talk about differences of 50-70% more DPS and we haven't even gotten the T4 bracelets yet, which will make whales even stronger. Every power increasing item right now is way too expensive. Even hardcore players cannot generate enough gold to buy more than 1 Adrenaline + 1 Grudge relic book per week. This alone costs upwards to like 400k gold (in EUC). And you need 20 of these. Just to get full relic engravings for a DPS costs more than 10 million gold. This is unsustainable. Ditto with accessories. Accessories with medium stats cost between 500-800k gold. Those with legendary stats go up to 2-3 millions. The less we speak about gems, the better. Considering that future raids will become more and more difficult in terms of DPS check, lobbies and statics will be looking more and more for players that increased char power beyond just unlocking full Ark passive. This will create a vicious cycle where only juiced whales can do hard mode versions of the raids, while non-whales will be relegated to normal versions. - At this point in time, Elixirs and Transcendence should become skippable. T4 has more gold sinks combined than T3 ever had and is by far the most expensive part of the game right now. - I do not know how they are going to make Ark Passive available to all characters. Aside from some enlightenment points being time gated by RNG, quests, adventure tome, collectibles, Evolution Points are obtainable only by doing Aegir. And realistically speaking, you can't open up Ark Passive without Aegir gear and without T4 accessories. So I don't see how you can streamline this without actually granting the gear and allow ancient accessories at lower levels.
