Hello sir, I have a question
Hi, thanks for the presentation, it's a good refresher on the current administrative investigations' climate. in Queensland there's currently a strong push to provide investigation reports in full with minimal or no redactions. Are you finding this trend too within your work across Australia? 1-2 years ago, I would argue not the release the report, now with the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission for example, we provide all parties with the knowledge that their evidence in part or full may be provided to the respondent for procedural fairness. As part of this process, we inform them via a letter when the evidence is being provided and what evidence is being provided. I'm keen to hear your experience on this topic recently.
So how do all these allowances etc included in annualised salaries in a single amount then work in with STP requirements to split these allowances out?
regarding medical cannabis, what do you do if a company refuses to change their policy? Im FIFO and want to use my prescription in my time off to avoid any issues, but the company said no matter what i do, i will loose my job if they detect cannabis. They have even specifically stated cannabis as a completely banned substance now in their policy

Hi Dear, Great
What is a psychosocial hazard 2:55
As far as I know, I have 6+ weeks of annual leave and we hit 10 years of continuous fulltime employment last February. So that's circa 14 weeks all up. But for some reason I'm never allowed to so much as take a day off. What are my options? Should I resign and take a 14 week sojourn, then reapply for my job? Because that's looking like the only way I can get access to it.
What l want to know is why an employer who knew l was 62 when they employed me, then used me to sit on a seat for 5 weeks so other co-workers could go to lunch and leave. Then Terminate me effective immediately, with no cause, then when l took out a protections case with age discrimination. only to get their lawyers to blatantly lie and twist everything. That’s done a lot of damage l absolutely hated them for being so calculated and ruthless I just can’t understand how the lawyers preach on their site to be respectful of employees then blatantly lie to defend the client. Shamefully liars, now l know why lawyers are so hated. It’s true

My employer is particularly persuasive when it comes to _denying_ annual leave. Two weeks at xmas if you're lucky, with the occasional day off in between. Suffice to say I'm well on the march to eight weeks accrued. I also hit the ten year mark _qua_ fulltime employee in Feb next year. Should be interesting; and yes, I am going quietly insane.

Question on this is, my wife was a work from home before covid (she would go in once a month). Now to get them vaccinated they want everyone to be vaccinated incase they need to come into the office or they could be fired. Why cant they use portable tests and if that job isnt required to be in the office do we have a leg to stand on?
She has high anxiety (diagnosed) of both covid and the vaccine
I can tell this video gives alot of good information but some advice, its too long. Break it up in sections, it will help alot
The lawyers smell money?
I have a question why is their more influence on a workplace accident than the fact companies cut corners on safety for profits stuff the industry and when in courts get a petty fine. I hope that is a simple enough question that can be answered as I've learnt "ask a simple question get a complicated bullshit answer" after work acciedent/s.
