2018 Martin Custom Shop OM-42 - El Twanguero "Green Eyed Girl"
Our good friend El Twanguero dropped in to play this beauty and show off the range of this outstanding guitar. Here he is playing a track from his album "Carreteras Secundarias Vol. 1"

2008 Gibson Custom Byrdland Natural

This Gibson Custom Byrdland guitar features a 23.5 inch scale, with a nut width of 1 &11/16th inches and comes in just under 7.4 lbs. Comes with the original hard-shell case, and documentation with Gibson Custom shop booklet to accompany. Andrew Lee is heard here playing through a Fender Deluxe Reissue.

his necklace hanging dangerously close to that guitar. Very scary. I think he might be one of the best fingerpickers i've heard in many years. Great writing, but it's the control, sound, dynamics, tonal variance, and stone dead even tempo that make his playing so compelling. ANd they must have recorded this in a pretty insane sounding room because the mics are so far away you don't even see any mics. Amazing that even at such a distance from the mics, it sounds so intimate. Crazy good.

OM-42 for sure. Better balance, more open and textured - that is, a more complex sound with overtones.
