Is China safe to travel? I want to go there but I'm worried because I never been to a country where they don't speak my language and with a culture so different from mine
depends. theirs propoganda around China. if you are a normal person with no political stance I'm sure you would do just fine in china. but china has a national law where they can arrest foreign citizens who criticized the Chinese government. so if you ever criticized zi xing ping you better stay the fuck away.

Not to spoil the mood, but yesterday we also passed by this man outside the cave and bought a large painting from him for 400 RMB. Today at Yangshuo we saw the same exact painting in another store of which he told us he spend 3-4 days making it using only his hand. Because of this we searched him up online and found this video and now we are shocked that he told EXACTLY the same story (1 on 1) to you 4 month's ago.. Hate to say this, but he is a scammer for sure. Hope you didn't buy a large painting from him like we did.. We now also finally realize that the photo's he has printed of him with president Bush were a bit odd. It was definitely a lesson learned for us!
