Did you test the Ryzen 5 9600x with 65tdp or did you update the bios and tested with the increases 105tdp?

Is this with everything setup correctly? Without the software and drivers for the CPU it will use the efficiency cores for gaming as well as the performance cores, so the games mainthread could be running on a far slower core to save power

For me the 7700 XT was £314 the a770 was £290 and the 4060 Ti 8GB was 349.99 which clearly makes the 7700 XT the winner cause 8GB on the TI sucks it needed 12GB 16GB on the a770 is nice but not really needed and the 7700XT bang on 12GB perfect for the card

i have 4060 TI 16gb, but also arc a770 is for sure better than AMD at least in RT, and is also cheaper so if you find a good price for a770 go ahead
