Way back in 1993 I got my flat down at Dunsford Way. But I still didn't own my own cash at that time back then. I won at trial with a not guilty verdict after law enforcement wrote false reports and the state and police destroyed and suppressed massive amounts of evidence and coached people to lie. No lawyer in my city will take a civil case because it is a good old boy network. Many have flat out like to me about what the law is on this. They seem legitimately scared of retaliation by the Sheriff's department and state attorneys office.

I pulled up at my mothers house yesterday and her and her neighbor was arguing well they called the police and her neighbor said i had a gun on me i had just pulled up literlly 2 minutes before police arrived cops take me out the car search me and asked me if i had a gun i said yes but not on my person or my vehicle its at home she put my life n danger was late picking up my wife from work police let me go i asked them what can i do about her lying saying i had a gun without her seeing a gun or anything they basically said i couldnt do anything i didnt consent to search but let them do their thing I wasn't apart of the argument had literally just got off work stopped by to check on my mom and i got treated like a criminal ridiculous

My friend son was only accused..no court..it's been 22 yrs.since she told police..this is defamation I n of character..slander..she told police it took place 2002..lie..she wasn't near him at that time..she was living in her house not boys home...her mom attended a college ..in 2002..she had the boys mom for sitter..the boy was never around..

A Nh non profit accused me of stealing my sisters money when I had no access. They added in a laptop and electronics. I was found not guilty. And there are 50 more things. The judge just ordered me to have no contact wjth my child after I called an emergency hearing when my son said he was suicidal . His father said I was telling our son to do it and the judge made her ruling without a hearing and said I'm the undermining the fathers ability to parent... even tho my son is scared and traumatized and was forced to live with him. She is biased against me and won't even hear my evidence. The father never presents evidence. I'm lost in what I can do and I fear for my sons safety.

So can I sue her after the court dismissed the charges!!!

The rape law of your country is absurd. Women can't treat men like a sex Robot and start/stop/pause sex whenever she wants. What if a doctor withdraw his/her consent during completion of medical surgery? Who will be responsible for the harmful effect of patient? When two person agreed for sex that means they have taken the responsibility to satisfy sexual needs of each other. One sexual partner can't run away from his/her sexual duty without valid reason. If a person able to prove that he/she becomes medically unfit for sex due to some event during the sexual intercourse and other sexual partner continued sex even after knowing his/her inability They only we can say it's a crime.
