That's a really good effort in the heat 😊 I might try the Speedgoat one time. I wear Hoka ATR for trails.

It is really hard to learn a steady pace for me, too! I am working on that, too!
It is tricky to even out the pacing. Having my watch bleep at me is helping though … but I do have some ways to go 😂. All the best!
Hey just stumbled across your 2021 marathon video and had to subscribe. I’m running London this year which will be first ever marathon, I’m excited but equally nervous as I’ve never run that distance before. I’m planning a run walk strategy to get me through
That’s great news! London is one of the best races to run your first marathon! I loved it, I’m sure I was smiling the whole way round! 😂 I’m excited for you! I hope your training is going well! I ran it using the run-walk method - ran 4:1 the first half then 3:1 the second half. I’m training to run it this time - walking through the water stations! Thank you for the sub! All the best!
