So for context, I found this(or well a friend of mine) found this old music audio file on my old phone from 2019(or 2020 since I had two, I was trying to transfer pics and videos from my old phone to put it on my new, at the time, Samsung Phone and had my old phone/die due to it being slow AF) while he was trying to find a pic of me on a high school history club trip towards the mountain area in Oklahoma. Although He managed to find the video, he also came across this file(dubbed as the title). However I have no memory of it nor do I recognize it from anywhere but I'm thinking maybe it's from Bioshock or Cuphead(I don't really know).
