I have many things to comment about, so I will try to collect my thoughts before I leave 8 comments, but for now I’ll just say that I love both of you (as content creators, but you also both seem like wonderful, kind people who I would be proud to know irl), and also Brenard was the first deck I ever made when I started playing commander last year, and remains my absolute favorite.

@32:30 - Playing a card exiled with Prosper is not bound to Prosper being on the board, you can still play the card until the end of your next turn. Unfortunately, cards with 'Suspend' that are exiled with Prosper are just lost, unless they have an alternate casting cost.

That Prosper precon is one of those decks where (at least for me) you either get that perfect opening that just ramps you like crazy and you win ezpz or you can never keep Prosper out for more than a turn and you just flounder the whole time.

We just had our first gameplay video featuring Prosper vs Toski on my channel and with Prosper, it's just a tidal wave of intricate parts that the opposing player needs to get on top of before it's game over! another great pod Alec - still visualising chatting with you one day!

Prosper is one of the most fun decks that I have and play, but I do suffer from player removal lol

Awesome deck, awesome interview. I like how it's 'open the floodgates, total war style, and then goad and steal and fog to victory. Still working towards one day having the opportunity to talk with Alec about one of my decks! It's on my wish list!

Actually I started playing MTG last year an my first commander deck was dinosaur but I was in between dino or angels but I was sceptical about any commander so when I saw Giada font of hope spoiled was love at first sight and it was a no brainer and make my first mono 🤍 commander deck and of course my angel deck.
