Hello! How do you guys sing spontaneously together so well? Did that just come with time? One thing that I've seen personally is not knowing when to go for it or when to yield to someone else. What is some practical advice to singing spontaneously with others (spouse, team, friends, etc.)?? Blessings! 😁
Hi! And thank you! 🙏🏼 ❤️ it does get easier with time for sure. We’ve been married 19 years, singing together most of that time. It comes with trust and time helps to gain trust. We also respect each other as leaders and defer to each other’s leadership at all times. Sometimes we step on each other’s toes unintentionally but we always debrief and give feedback so that we get better. We’ve tried to create a safe environment for each other to feel empowered to take risks and make mistakes without it derailing us. But overall yes it just takes time together, lots of practice and honing the skill independently and together. Hope you go for it! Thank you for joining us!

I'd love for you guys to address hope and encouragement for prior worship leaders who chose a sin or sins over their calling at some point in their walk and were drawn away from the Lord for years wallowing in condemnation and shame, but later repented and accepted the Lord's forgiveness and have reestablished their relationship with the Lord. The Lord's presence falls on them as before, tehillah flows, but it is now only "in the midst of the congregation" with a knowing from Holy Spirit that it is never to be "on stage" again. Any word or thoughts for that worshipper?
