How'd you end up with a 20cv blade on a 2nd gen with frn handles? Pretty sure that was supposed to be magnacut lol. Still a very good steel. Just odd.

I have this knife, its a beefy knife, but the tail end of the knife makes my hand kinda slide off, for that, it gets 5 outa 10 for that

Its important to me that my EDC has a pointy profile. 95% of knives have the tip curved upwards for some reason and I want it either dead center or closer to the edge of the blade. Lets you finesse the tip with much more accuracy and the curve of the blade doesn't get in the way when you're trying to slide it into a tight fit. This looks perfect! This and the Ganzo FH51

I’m scared to even flick this thing open too hard, medium duty use out of the question. This thing is designed and named with the language of a single use throwaway weapon.

Only having the Ria, the Feldspar may have been a better choice for me, as I have difficulty with deployment. I guess it is the combination of hand size (med) and the G10, a little slippery. The Ria with Micarta or the bigger body of the Feldspar may have been a better fit. The quality and finish of the Ria is nice, very sharp.

I bought one and I’m also disappointed with the copper looking dirty. Beautiful if you could get it open. I should have known after purchasing the gerber remix. If gerber could fix the tight action on their knifes I’d recommend them all day.

Have had one for about a week. Junk, imo. Cheap feeling, easy to open but difficult to close, the pivot is so tight . Threw it in the trunk of my car.

Brian, so glad you wrote your question. I just received my knife and quickly opened it; however, like you I had no idea how to close it even after watching this video. So funny that Sabrina gave us both the answer 😂. In my mid-70’s, and had to break out my lighted magnifying glass to see the four dots on the bottom inside of knife. Thank you both for helping me. Gonna have to practice opening & closing to accomplish the quick opening and closing as seen in this video.

STAY AWAY from this knife and Ganzo in general, clip broke on first use and support is non-existent. 3 months of emailing them to send a clip or at least a link where I can purchase a clip is unproductive, they ignore their customers.

Great knife...ive had mine for 5,6 maybe even 7years. And only now the locking point is lose a bit. But i think its from bending back n forth for closing.

I bought one long before I ever heard of their Penguin which I don't the look of fwiw. Got it the 1st year I started collecting. I just liked it lol. Still a favorite, action is like a WE, feels like a midrange ArtisanCutlery.l, looks really slick too. Just a great knife, especially for the price.
