How I Built an AI SaaS as a Solo Founder
Building a SaaS company solo is one of the hardest things you can do-but in 2024, it’s more possible than ever. No team, no funding, no excuses-just execution.
In this video, I break down how I built Brdge AI, an AI-powered presentation & knowledge-sharing tool, without a team or VC money. I'll take you through:
✅ The Vision - Why I wanted to build an AI-enabled communication layer, an agent that could present, explain, and respond as if it were you.
✅ The Product - How I streamlined my vision into a practical SaaS use case
✅ The Tech Stack - The role AI played in development, how I used tools like Cursor + Claude for system design, and why I avoided no-code.
Bottom line: If you ever wanted t...

Very cool. Thanks for sharing. It helped me. Since I always appreciate constructive feedback from users, I'll give you first impressions on the things I would love improvement on: - when I asked something where it gave back a list, it read 'One. Asterisk, Asterisk. Title of point one. Asterisk, Asterisk.' I assume it received markdown and just literally read its formatting out loud. - when it says "Let's go to the next slide" after I confirmed it, it didn't move on. But I expected it to - like a presenter would. We had quite a pause until I figured out I had to click. ;)

Hey man, over the past few months, I've also started looking into projects like AI agents. However, I’m not a coder, and I haven’t found a good team to work with. • @JohanNewazJohn

Do you have any assets other than ideas? For example like high speed networking or GPUs. Your comment caught my eye because I realize that a lot of people are in a position like the one you shared. But the entry level of making no code AI, and machine learning, or cloud, is expensive. But not if for example, if two people shared the cost of cloud computing. That’s halved the cost. And like the 200$ chat GPT Pro, becomes much more in reach if let’s say two oeoooe are already paying 40-60$ each to 20 to ChatGPT plus and 20 to another model. That’s 40/40 and so instead of a 200 dollar cost to get to chat pro, two people could just pay 20$ more. Easily attainable. And it could scale from there. If that makes sense then let me know what kind of work you’d like to do? Basically I’m making tools for creators im working on the creation of the AI itself, so even if you just want to get started. I’m listening. (I do know how to code though.)

I think you forgot the orginial shopping bot setup . With the langgraph you can rporoduce the structurre ! . So you cohld begin with your intent detector model. Your prettrained dayaset for your products would be fine tined i to the model as well as all prodict inowledge so first it would not need rhe rag but rhe rag can be used rk get rhe updated prices or new products . Minimising the query . So after thr consumer i tenr is detected then it can olan which route to take and send to the planner ro plan the retrieveal process . By adding a think tool the model can first self query to see if it solves rhe task and if not augment rhe task with the rag . Closing the domain ro rhe product rag: this should also be fixed domain knowledge. As we do ot want the model to go outswide the domain . Then it can provide a websearch on site to provide links to the product pages and even complete the task. With the think option you can have a eary oit and with the rag option another early out. Giving yourself oathways out . Yoi should laso have a chat detector to allow the model to talk ... With the user about inrelated so a pathway out which does not search for anything .. ie the error path.. Your internal planner and searcher tools etc will go to your refiner who woll choose to return the query to a tool or final output . And your intent bot are your two most important bots. So the slotfilling and intent detector setup (for shopping) and the closed domain (3ven the search can only search the domain !

It makes me wonder whether humanity will have a say in its development or if AI will become autonomous. And to think that ChatGPT was introduced less than a year ago, yet it's already revolutionizing the game and sparking numerous philosophical discussions. I have an intriguing question for you: If AI replaces junior positions in the future, how do you envision nurturing the next generation of senior professionals? It seems like a critical challenge we'll face as AI continues to evolve. Additionally, I can't help but ponder a philosophical quandary: In a distant future where companies implement AI everywhere and replace human workers, what will happen to their customer base? If potential customers lack jobs and financial means, how will companies sustain themselves and sell their products? It's an intriguing thought that raises fundamental questions about the future of our society and economy. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on these topics!
