Hi. Yung E-medical namen is galing sa Clinic kung saan kami nagpa medical. Sila ang nag submit directly sa IRCC then binigay samen yung confirmation which is yung E-medical na katunayan na nasubmit na sa IRCC. Passport lang hiningi samen sa clinic nung nagpa medical po kami. Salamat po.
