No no my friend of course do what you do. I too call on AA Micheal daily and at bedtime but...based on the St Germain Ascended Master teachings they say the so called astral realm ​( you could look up various definitions of this) is the negativity debri field of all the neg feelings, thoughts, and actions in thought forms since the beginning of time linger. Not to be confused with the higher planes or the etheric or casual or cosmic realms. Those are pure and hold all the good we have all created and where the higher consciousness realms are. The astral is likened to dirty pollution smog over a big city. He makes it clear to simply put on your protection before meditation and dream time and...you will fly right through this astral layer into where you can give and receive clearly. The problem has been we have been taught by the previous powers that be, that astral is fine, nothing to see here ect. But that's not the truth. It's nothing to be afraid of just basic protection protocols or simply a solid prayer to only travel to the higher realms...and thus we deem it so. We are much more powerful than lower density gunk but just to be diligently aware in awake and dreams. I have an AA Micheal protection teaching in my list of videos. 🙏 Fear not my friend. 💖🕊️
