Finding Peace in the Turmoil of the Mind
The key lies in understanding and experiencing yourself as separate from these accumulations. Instead of struggling against thoughts or emotions, acknowledge them as mere visitors in the grand scheme of your existence. Your true essence is beyond these transient elements.

      @@homeostasis360 I am certainly not an expert on anything but I do think that you answered your own question Mr. Mann 1. because you said you feel a little better. I believe you should keep doing what you’re doing and like anything else practice makes you better. With doing something of this nature like we do, I think you just instinctively know that you’re on the right track and can feel that you’re doing things the correct way. Does that make sense? I hope so. Good luck on your journey. It definitely sounds as though you’re progressing into your evolution. It’s such a beautiful thing! 🙏😊💕☮️

    Wouldn’t that be just self-awareness? It’s not the energy in your body that makes your brain recognize your hand but rather the fact you are telling your brain not to ignore the hand in the same way our brain always sees our nose in our field of vision BUT because it’s always there and not relevant to what we are seeing the brain learns to ignore it. Our brains don’t have a need to acknowledge feeling our heartbeat in our fingers because it happens all day every day, unless we stop and focus on our hands. Then we are telling our brains, hey I WANT to be made aware of my hand a bit more, and so we are. Sometimes our fridge make a low hum, we don’t focus on it because our brain is aware it’s always happening so it learns to tune it out. Focusing on it again doesn’t mean there’s an energy connection between us and the fridge. I respect someone trying to help others but that doesn’t mean normal brain functions should be taught as energy fields or anything like that.

      Because u can better sense the danger. I learned in my life that women are very poor at gauging danger. Men feel it right away instinctively and react accordingly. I have seen women trained to fight or women who went through terrible assaults that recognize danger. This is why fellow women give women the worst advice: just ignore, he didn't mean that, pretend u didn't see it, forget about it, u overreact, aso. Women are physically weaker but also don't see dangers, we are also not taken seriously by women or men, these are also reasons why we are the easiest targets. Ofcourse mothers perceive dangers to their children and women perceive real or imagined competition from other women. That's about it.

      Properly incorporating natural things and ways into the modern world is a thing we sorely lack

    • @CP-ev1on
      @CP-ev1on Год назад

      @@rosshugecaulk What is the roof that you sleep under made from? What is the computer big or small you are using made from? They are made from raw materials we found in nature and chose to refine. The phone in your hand is a prime example of human nature made reality. We already incorporate lots of nature into the modern world. Bridges rely on geometry found in nature to be built. We use the venom of spiders and snakes to make antivenom. We cut down trees and then plant more to make paper. All of it is completely natural however. Any industry, and invention, anything that we create is a result of our nature as a species and our species being shaped by nature. Even war is natural. Ants go to war, monkeys go to war and all sorts of animals organize themselves into opposing groups of the same species and proceed to go to war with one another. This idea that human beings are somehow above nature is perplexing to me. Its clear that in the Earths history, at some point we were around and we were advanced, yet nature still knocked us right back to the stone age to start all over again, because no matter what we do we are not above nature. Ill never understand how people cant understand that.
