Gou gotta love how half of the woodpeckers on YT are copying that one design. But his takes the cake - looking like a 70s drivers' school cutout model of a gear train. LOL

what did you make this out of?
The collector is made of: PVC, acrylic and one cone with plywood, the other with automotive epoxy putty.
Possibly the material is bowed up off the baseboard, and is vibrating vertically. It is cutting cross-grain with little support. Your X-axis is also longer than recommended- any side flex will be most pronounced when cutting in the X direction.

Hello. To be honest, I don't know if diameter matters or not. Most likely not more, just performance will either increase or decrease. Made from the original. I thought they were better at aerodynamics than me. Its diameter is 200 mm. Unfortunately, I haven't finished yet.
Hey, is there any reference patents or scientific journal articles that you are referencing? With everything going on in the world I'm interested in trying to make a two stage PAPR the size of a medium/large fountain drink cup. Prices for cartridges are kinda crazy, so any sort of mechanical pre-conditioning for dust is an attractive concept.
To be honest, I don't know if there is anything anywhere. I just achieved this with some trial and error.
It is actually a copy of the Harvey G700 unit.

The workbee sizes available are no where near what you have. Where did you buy this large version.
I bought it in the UK, at the ooznest.co.uk store. I asked and he sent me a non-standard size
