      The headline is misleading. Vonda says don’t OVER do HIIT. She says do strength training and zone 2 for 80 % and do HIIT for the rest. This is the same advice as Rhonda etc.

    It's only unfortunate because they fall victim to the promotion of fad diets that arent effective, and will only lead you to falling back into bad habits when your body becomes desperate for nutrition. A real diet that is simply you changing what you eat rather than severely restricting yourself, and not binging. While getting even some light exercise would be more than enough to get weight off and keep it off, so long as you are consistent and don't just go back to all your bad habits after the weight is off. There is this myth that weightloss isn't permanent and that you cant keep it off for more than 5 years, but those statistics don't account for the number of people who gave up on eating healthy and went back to shoveling junkfood into their stomachs until they're so full they feel like they could burst. And stopped doing the healthy exercise they started doing. Consistency is key, you cant expect to keep the weight you lost off if you just go back to the bad habits that gained you the weight to begin with, and it's childish to dismiss accountability for ones own lack of impulse control and willpower to continue putting the effort in to keeping good habits. I am 225 pounds right now, i was nearly 300 when I realized how far I'd let myself go, and I'm suffering the consequences of my poor dietary choices and lack of exercise now. Stiff and achey joints at 31 years old, bad back, acid reflux, borderline diabetic, high cholesterol you name it. I'm on the road to healthier living now, and I hope anyone who reads my comment if the video uploader doesn't delete it will not snub me for being "fatphobic" and speaking my truth, and the truth of many like me who are suffering because of our poor choices :( please don't get to where I am. Don't fall for all the people who act like they have all the answers, telling you that changing your eating habits and exercising wont help you, because it will.

    I’m 54 just, wish I knew this 15/20 years ago. No Dr, in the UK tells us what Dr Vonda does. I’m suffering with at least 40 symptoms and it’s just sort of laughed off when I go to my Doctor and say I feel like this or that, answer always is well that’s the menopause for you in such type words. Feel like I’m banging my head against a brick wall. Thank you Dr Vonda for all of your videos and other interview videos you do with Marcel etc, you’ve literally opened my eyes and a new world to me. You are an amazing woman I’m indebted to you. You’ve helped me such much. NMN etc here I come!
