RECIPE: Take fish of your choice (3 whole fish shown) and score with 3 slits on each side of the fish Tandoori Sauce: 1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic paste 2 Tablespoons( TB) yogurt salt to taste 2 TB tandoori masala 2 TB red chili powder some red food coloring 1/2 lemon (juice) 3 TB Olive oil (or any oil) - mix well and coat inside and outside of fish including in slits Oil your grill grates or pan Cook for 15 minutes, then turn fish and baste with oil for another 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Garnish with lemon slices, coriander (cilantro) and fresh cucumbers.
