The advent of budget pedals has brought the game to the ground levels where everyday musicians can have the taste and acquire a sound that they want to fiddle with. From weekend warriors to day to day pub players who want to dip their feet into the lush world of chorus (and other effects likewise), brands like NUX, Sonicake and Kokko have got your back.
Try it out in a price that doesn't dent your pocket and decide if that's the sound you're into. These are not your top of the game chorus pedals , but man do they satisfy the itch and need. Once you know what you're looking for, you could always go higher. But until then...

If they put this model with rosewood fingerboard. Take my money then.
you could find something close on their 400 and 500 models. I personally like the maple necks. Both look and feels on this one.
how does this pair against the NUX MG30?
between this one and the mg30, I'd choose this one. But I guess the newer matribox is really really good.
Such a beautiful guitar
Nice review! ❤ from korea.

Oh man, they got that firemist right! I’m very tempted to try one out
@AllAboutBasses this might be a level deeper than the regular firemist, but they have done it right. Looks too cool. And plays nice too.
I personally like Jet's neck compared to fender RK signature neck as its thinner, just personal preference, also Jet offer locking tuner which fender RK signature don't. The clean tele signal is great as it won't compensate when gain goes in, that's always I like tele guitar for.
That roasted maple neck fender won't offer for if you are going to take the fender RK signature telecaster, cool video bro

I love this pedal I have it since past year and it was my only time an mod effect at that time. What I love about it is that it has modulation on the delayed sig and reverb on the delay signal But I use it mostly for ambient swells with shimmer and stuff next comes the screaming effect with drive and distortion with 2 delays at relatively low mix ratio of delay for High gain application dotted notes and quarter notes on the TAPE delay setting with saturation at 70% but it only matters beyond 60% mix level But I only use 25% at max it adds quite some stage or wow effect if u know what I mean . 410ms on 1 and 552ms on other basicallly dim the knob . But the shimmer is hard to work with for dialing it I always feel the volume pedal is needed with swells as feedback is too much for my lespaul BUT would work great with Strat style guitar for easy access of vol pot.
@akshaysharma2786 yeah the shimmer thing you mention. I feel you there. The shimmer I liked and could tame, I got out of the helix once and then with a strymon. And the way you're saying all this, seems like you've really dialed in good applications with this device. Cheers to that man.
what pickups are you using?

@@BettysCloset thank you
Jet guitars have some quality issues,i have 3 jet guitars and now this one..but for me with this guitar if i bend the Gstring on the 4 or second fret it slips out of the bone nut(i ordered a string retainer, hope it helps).. i also have the JET Guitars JS-700 RD H the red with the single humbucker here is the glossy paint letting loose on the freboard after 3 weeks..They can be nice guitars..
I think the solution would be to look into the nut and get it done well. I have come across 2 so far I guess, where we had to set up the nut a bit. Here in Nepal, Deep Music (store) sets them up the way you want it. And most of the guitars I bring in the channel are set up by them. Regardless, I think any guitar (specially at this price point) should be subjected to a set up. There are always exceptions to this, but I like to be careful. These are solid mod platforms, and for the price - solid guitars. That's my experience so far.
Thanks for the review and demonstration. I am looking to buy an effects pedal soon. I am still deciding between the Valeton GP200 and the Nux MG30. I want to use mostly delays and reverb with some EQ for ambient guitar. I don’t care too much about distortion metal tones. The price on the Nux is very attractive.
@carlpohl1429 for all things you have mentioned, the MG30 should suffice. Haven't tried the gp200 myself.
I love this guitar, I've had it for 2 months and I'm delighted with its workmanship. And of course this beautiful look.
@danieldzbaniel9103 have you gigged with it ? Would like to know how the experience has been so far
@@monsoon446 I use this guitar every day at home and sometimes when I play with friends and I am really impressed with how well it holds the tune and I am also impressed with the sound of these pickups. Really for such a cheap guitar the sound and workmanship is awesome. I also have a Schecter Damien 6 platinum and this one is really not far behind it. Brilliant guitar for this price and I think I'll buy another guitar from them for testing.

"Thicker is better" That's what she said..
true that
Been looking at strat styles, this one seems to seriously beat squier, yamaha, Ibanez, etc feature-wise. I'm a lefty so there were a few brands not available. Yours and other reviews seem very positive. Obviously any inexpensive guitar cqn benefit from upgrades, but this appears to have a great starter base.
yeah , a great starter base is what it is. Have yet to gig with one to really know if it can stand all the beatings. However, much of whatever JET we have tried so far, we have yet to be disappointed.
that poor cat....... not even put in a decent blender! :(
Love my JT-350. The only thing I wished Jet Guitars would do is provide replacement pickguards which I would think would be easy enough. Jet Guitar colour schemes are the only negative, imo. Personally would rather have a white/black/white pickguard.
I personally dig their colour scheme so far, except on may be one or two models. And yeah replacement pickguards can be a bummer to find.
I own a JT 300 and I like it a lot and you’re right their QC is very good. If I buy another JET it will be the JJ 350, good review thanks!
Will it be good enough for small programs and jams? and another question Is it better than M-vave tank G?
@samyogdon-j2s don't have an experience with M-vave. And yes it can handle jams and small programmes. It can handle big stages well too. Just be sure that these are the sounds you're looking for. The M Vave has amps and cabs too. This is just stomps, hence this will need amp and cab separate.
I use it on my ampless rig to feed the PA with the XLR output and feed my monitoring from the TS output. It works great, favorite IR is No.3
@electricsun yeah. Definitely a dependable device for the situation
I plug in my guitar through the input (on the Nux) and it works, I hear it. Then I unplug it and plug in plug in my Microphone but I can't get it to work.
@@danblanchard1858 don't think it's made for taking in microphones
Picking up my JT-350 BK R today at Metro Music in Dothan Alabama. This is my 3rd Jet electric guitar. I already have the standard single coil Telecaster and a Stratocaster style versions. These Jet guitars are everything that I look for in vintage guitars costing 5X the money.
how are the standard tele style working for you ? And yeah these are great value for money. Thinking of acquiring myself one for the studio too.

Hi mate, do you think this amp sounds similar to a marshall valvestate? Its hard to find a good review about this amp. Good job. Cheers from Portugal
the Laney sound and Marshall sound are fundamentally different. To my ears this has a slightly more modern low mids to it than the valvestate. Nothing wrong with that, just taste and need.
Great video, just keep your guitar in tune, stop, tune and continue demo, just an advice. Thanks
Excellent demo
THE Sigma Jumbo looks smaller that the Gibson J200.. is it ? Thanks !!
@STRUMMERBOY1975 minor discrepancies aside, they should be similar in size
This guitar seems quite familiar with Martin style
Yeah. The roots of the company lie with Martin. They started as an offshore production Martin Guitars, under the bigger Martin label.
They are pretty good, mellow sounding. I have a 'better' guitar that sounds clearer and can project notes at higher volume without 'compressing' but the sigma 000m-18 I played at the store was really warm. I might get one on sale
After using it in a rehearsal room, I got a LV 300 on a trade. One of the best solid states hybrid out there. I don't like digital stuff. They don't sound and respond as an analog circuit. I tried Kempers, Helixes, Fractals... lots of options but not for me. I hate menus and hours of configurations. After many years playing with full tube amps, I'm just tired of maintainance, servicing, paying for new tubes, weight, the fear of break and bla bla bla. A hybrid amp can give you lots of power, always there. Very reliable and the 12ax7 don't need replacement, like ever. With Russia-Ukraine war, tube prices skyrocketed. If you just gigs at pubs and clubs, a good solid state 2x12 combo like this will do the job very very very well. I'm more confident with this amp than with a medium priced tube amp that can die any time at stage. The clipping of valve without the pain in the ass of its mantainence. Best of both worlds. I still don't know why Marshall deviate from Valvestate series and go with MGs and those crappy Codes all packed with digital bullshit.
I think a bluguitar amp 1 would be right up your alley
@@monsoon446 perhaps. I tried class D pedal amps... meh... just another thing to bring. Combo are like one pack and go lol
@@vexguine yeah in these regards, I loved this amp too. And such amps. But these things are so subjective. And I get the menu configuration hassle, the tube dying out thing, and all other problems that come with owning tube amps and digital modellers. Totally get you there. As much as I love my Kemper for live and recording purposes, nothing beats plugging directly to a good tube amp. Cranked to a good sweet level.
