Welcome to my channel where I will be exploring the extent of my woodworking skills and bike maintenance skills. ruclips.net/channel/UCh_BMv3Z3s_5m6YclGb22vw
I have been diagnosed with MCI and my short term memory is shot to bits, I'm hoping that doing something I love, will help me to remember some of the better things I think I'm good at.
Why should you watch this channel? Why not! It may help you to understand someone better and you never know you might get to see something that you might like to make with my clear and sometimes daft instructions.
Over the past few years my mental health has declined and this seems to be a good way of dealing with it.
If I can inspire someone to make something, or change an opinion of someone then I'm on the right path.

Christmas Decoration Easy Project That Sells $$$$ From Scrap Wood
#MERRY CHRISTMAS
Welcome back to Adi's Little Shedshop, in todays video I'm making a nice easy scrapwood project for Christmas. Mrs Shedshop came up to me with an idea of making these little Christmas tree hanging decorations that she had seen, made of nuts and round bits of plywood, I thought this was awesome but clearly had been done before, so lets go bigger. I used every cutter in my hole saw set apart from the smallest, as it was too small unfortunately, but this meant I could make it nicer too by incorporating the scrap copper pipe I had laying around. Now it is as simple as using the hole saw and saving the waste part to be used for the tree levels, luckily for me the actual size of...

Beautiful Knife Block From Scrapwood
Просмотров 51621 день назад
Welcome back to Adi's Little Shedshop, in todays video I'm making a beautiful knife block from some scrapwood Sapele and Ash. This is a house warming gift for my Brother-In-Law and his lovely other half who have just bought their first house and have not got a knife set or knife block and that really gets my goat. So I took it upon myself to correct this by making him a new knife block and of c...

Utility Room Plinth Build, Filling The OutBuilding
Просмотров 1032 месяца назад
Welcome back to Adi's Little Shedshop, in todays video I'm making a mess in my Brother-In-Laws new house, as they asked for my help in building a plinth in the outbuilding. The "PLAN" was to get this all done in the same day but, the plinth, the walls and building the shelves in, but things never go according to plan do they? So it was a very warm day and as you can tell I'm a "FAT" man!!!, we ...
3 Different Ways To Install Shelves, Traditional To Modern
Просмотров 842 месяца назад
Welcome back to Adi's Little Shedshop, in todays video, Mrs Shedshop and I had to pop to my mums to install some new shelves on her "bare" wall, because apparently she needs more ruddy shelves,(seriously the whole room is floor to ceiling shelves). So I started by putting up the first shelf in the traditional way with the good old spirit level and drawing a line on the wall, then I found out we...

The Erbauer tool bag & tool boxes are brilliant as well..been using Erbauer tools f 3 yrs now, i wouldn't buy nowt else..great video 👍
Hi thankyou for watching Adi's Little Shedshop, I've been using them for about three years too, apart from colour and name, there really isn't much difference between the big name tools and Erbauer. In my opinion that is, I wish they would hurry up and bring out a battery router though, it would be a game changer I think. Keep watching for more videos coming soon
That's what am waiting for as well..just in case ya don't know .. erbauer batteries fit Skil 20v power tools so if skil fetch one out (Screwfix sell Skil tools) Al buy one of there's.. cheers f the reply 👍
Thank you for the very informative video👍.Love it ♥️.
Thankyou for watching Adi's Little Shedshop and thankyou for the lovely comment, keep watching for more videos coming soon
Flipping BRILLIANT... I want one....!!!!
I know you do and when you get to see it first hand you will probably try to steal it from me too 😉 won't you? See you soon and keep watching for more videos coming soon
Double sided tape between 2 pieces of wood on table saw will ensure a safe and clean cut.
Thankyou for watching Adi's Little Shedshop, thank you for the advice I hadn't thought of that, certainly a good idea, I do it with plywood as a muscle reflex these days so I think I'll start doing it with perspex and acrylic, thankyou. Keep watching for more videos coming soon
Absolutely awesome 👌 😊. Surprising 😮 what you can learn from watching your videos 📹. Very knowledgeable indeed.
Thankyou Les, you're going to give me a big head, but then something will go wrong and it'll Pop, so, I'll take it
@adislittleshedshop hope not, 🙏 it'll be one hell of a mess 😳 in the shed shop.
That was mega watching, didn't realise how hard it can be to cut, love that you've put a few different ways of doing it... Great helpful video ❤
All that just for your little shelves, of course it's what I'll do, gitta keep you happy, you keep me busy 🤠
Brilliant Adi got me thinking now...if I make one, is it theft...asking for a friend..😊😊
Hi thankyou for watching Adi's Little Shedshop, 🤔🤔 theft is something that would make no sense as there can't be a copyright on it, so go for it make one and if you need the furniture used the links are in the description. Good in ya give it a go and keep watching for more videos coming soon
Mr's Shed Shop must be getting a bit soft 😊 you lucky boy 👦.
Definitely getting soft I did manage to ruin her knife making the last video when we made the knife block, so I suppose I have to get to re sharpening that one next. Or messing it up and having to get her a new set of knives, probably easier.
That looks like the next 3 Birthdays 🎂 🥳 & 2 Christmases all come in one go.
Well, more like the last ones as it's been here for almost a year and when your parents have bad planning it is nice to get something big for the birthday and Christmas combined sometimes
Great unboxing... Unreal the size of the cover...!! Looks nice piece of kit 😊😊
Thankyou for watching Adi's Little Shedshop, oh yes it is a fantastic bit of kit and that cover really is ridiculously huge. Keep watching for more videos coming soon
That is incredible, you make it look so easy, although there is an enormous amount of work involved, really lovely gift, and great idea it looks so professional…
Thankyou for watching Adi's Little Shedshop, I'm glad you enjoyed it and I really enjoyed making this. It's amazing really what you can make out of scrap boards just dotted around the shop. Thankyou for the compliment and keep watching for more videos coming soon
Thanks for review. I made my mind up. I’m getting one.👍🏻
Hi and thankyou for watching Adi's Little Shedshop, that's great news, I would get one as soon as possible, they seem to run out often in most stores. Have fun with your new favourite tool and keep watching for more videos coming soon
Big A, why didn't you resaw the board in two passes? Raise the blade until it's raised slightly past the middle of the stock. You can hold the stock on the top side as the blade won't get anywhere near your hands.
Hi thankyou for watching Adi's Little Shedshop, unfortunately my tablesaw has a riving knife that sticks up higher than the blade by quite a bit, about 25mm above the tips so unless I removed it I couldn't run passes, riving knife might be a pain but it's safer than not having it on there. Oh and the table is unbelievably hard to get the blade to stay at 90°, I keep telling Mrs S I need a new one, she's not having it tho. Thankyou for your message and keep watching for more videos coming soon.
I loved this project, thank you for sharing!
Good on you bud
Hi thankyou for watching Adi's Little Shedshop, thankyou for the compliment, I really enjoyed making this and it was received really well too. Keep watching for more videos coming soon
Correct me if I'm wrong - if you decided to use fire to make the acrylic edge as the final touch, was sanding all the way to 1200 necessary?
Hi thankyou for watching Adi's Little Shedshop, no correction needed, we sanded high to finish with heat as it used less heat in all the testing that I did, it seemed the best way to do it without it melting much, quite effective really. I hope you enjoyed the video and keep watching for more coming soon
Looks great mate, nice one 👍
Thankyou for watching Adi's Little Shedshop and thankyou for the compliment. I thought so too, I really liked making it. Keep watching for more videos coming soon
It looks amazing you did good
Hi thankyou for watching Adi's Little Shedshop, I have to say I thought it came out really well, so thankyou and keep watching for more videos coming soon
Absolutely ACE, really great gift ideas... Love using the centre heart in it as keyring, I'll bet your friends LOVE them c
Hi thankyou for watching Adi's Little Shedshop, they really are quite beautiful and our friends loved them, thankyou. Keep watching for more videos coming soon
O'h dear O'h dear O'h dear, only a few words !!😅😅😂. School boy error. New workmate for Christmas then. Great 👍 idea 💡 👏 and a lovely finish too. Emma's getting pretty good with the nail gun 🔫 👌.
Oh yeah, that's it, rub it in, I have lost the nail gun I know, she really does enjoy playing with my tools, I might have to start getting her on here and I'll do the videoing
@adislittleshedshop Rub it in? Who ? Me. ? Na'h not me, you just have to be more careful when you teach her how to use these tools, teach her to well and Ding- Dong there gone.
She's sitting here laughing and agreeing
@adislittleshedshop you could put a combination lock 🔐 😏 on the shed shop But !! It wouldn't take her long to get the combination number out of you wa ha ha ha ha 😂 🤣
Such a bloody cool idea for presents. Lot of work in them, you did an amazing job of dremeling all nails off the back, you couldn't really tell the nails had been there by the end. Great blinking job...
Thankyou for watching Adi's Little Shedshop, we thought it was a good idea otherwise we would be wasting all the nails from the other video and only one tool got busted a bit, that was the teeth in the table saw blade. Keep watching for more videos coming soon
what nails have you used?
Hi there thankyou for watching Adi's Little Shedshop, thankyou for leaving a comment. The nails used were DeWalt 50mm galvanised brad nails bought from ScrewFix, (not affiliated though unfortunately). Keep watching for more off beat videos
lol 😂
Thankyou for watching Adi's Little Shedshop, I hope you've enjoyed the video
Crazy 🤪 😜 🤪 way to use all those nails , but fell short of predicted 😳 amount, and you knackered the end ? Did all that firing 🔥 knacker the end or is it faulty and going back 🤔 😳. Mr's S had a good go 🚶♀️, thats my 👧 girl.
I think it just loosened up a bit, but it still fires ok. I got to get a new battery and then go again, afterall it was Mrs S's idea right.
Wow that looks amazing, i tried with a scrollsaw once or twice didnt get on with it could have done with a better one really, subscribed and liked😁
That hard wood could be purple heart. I work as an overhead lineman, we used to have wooden crossarms holding 11kv wires up at the top of electric poles, they were made from puple heart. It's a protected timber now so you don't often come across it and It grows in the Amazon. It reacts with UV when cut and if left outside the colour grows more purple over a few days. Eventually the colour goes back to an orange/brown colour. If you treat it to hold it's colour you need to use water based sealers.
Hi thankyou for watching Adi's Little Shedshop, that is very interesting, I hadn't thought it could be anything like purple heart, here in the UK purple heart costs a fortune, I actually have some I bought to turn on the lathe, still purple at the mo, I will have a side by side with it to check the grain structure. Thankyou. Keep watching for more videos coming soon
Brother in law here... predictions are 2028.
Well you know what you'll be getting, 😂
Good video, but I'd be more concerned with fingers in this instance than safety glasses, especially when there is a push stick right next to Mrs Shedshop!
Great 👍 idea 💡 👏 and a lovely gift 🎁. I thought that you would have glued the two half's of the heart ❤️ together, a, so they can't be separated, b, maybe a bit sturdier and stable when standing ?? Two key 🔑 rings as well, scrap that's not actually scrap !! Cheers Les.
Great idea Les, maybe next time on the brother in law's ones I'll do that
I don't do DIY but your videos make me smile and laugh! Love seeing what you get up to! Keep them coming and being you!!
Hi thankyou for watching Adi's Little Shedshop, that's the loveliest thing I've had said since I started this dream of being a RUclipsr. I will do, you can count in it. Thankyou and keep watching for more videos coming soon
Very good job, most people would use a cnc cuter you have got good silks cutting it out by hand. I love ❤️ it and love your work. Keep it going mate 👍
Very nice, I like the way you have done the legs.
Hi thankyou for watching Adi's Little Shedshop, I really wanted them to look like they were on the ground with minimum gap beneath, but still enough for drainage and airflow. Keep watching for more videos coming soon
What size is your shed shop Adi.
Absolutely brilliant build 👏 one hell of a lot of cuts too. 1200 grit ? Don't know if you have any ? But i have some 2500 & 5000 wet n' dry. Normally use it dry for honing my carving chisels & gouges beautiful finish 👌. Hope Mr's S liked it 🙏 ? I'm sure she would have done . It looks absolutely awesome. Well done mate.
Love the shelves, got loads on them...!!!
That was absolutely brilliant, love the detail through out the box, finished it looks amazing and great with lights in it... What a great gift, really took the time to do it all, although it was worth it, great piece of workmanship...
Thankyou for watching Adi's Little Shedshop, this was a real piece of my heart went into this so it is very appreciated, keep watching for more videos coming soon
I'm a working foreman at Mears in Kent And I have for years been using Erbauer tools the combi drill and impact set was a fantastic buy The jigsaw and angle grinder are brilliant and I love the site radio too Plus the batteries are excellent and not overpriced such as others are
Thankyou for watching Adi's Little Shedshop, I couldn't agree with you more, these are, for want of another word, bloody awesome tools. I'm lucky to have a couple of family members that work for ScrewFix, but that said Erbauer Tools are well worth the cost and they have a fantastic amount of variety with the brushless ones now. I'm looking forward to a new sander soon, I hope. Keep watching for more videos coming soon
Great review. I got the erbauer first fix gun a while back. Never missed a beat yet. Could get the second fix for love nor money. Ended up driving 3hrs to get my hands on one. But we'll worth the effort. Great guns love the bump fire option. I had the hikoki framing nailer but the weight of that was something else. These are more than holding their own. Do yourself a favour and get 1 or 2 5amp batteries. Last ages. 😊
Hi thankyou for watching Adi's Little Shedshop, oh yes this is a very worthy nail gun and I totally get what you're saying, sometimes you can't get your hands on the tool for love nor money, it's like they come in and are gone in a flash, it's been months since I was able to get a battery from any one of my 3 local stores, and i have family that works there. Really good under appreciated tools I think and they certainly give the big names a run for their money. Thankyou and keep watching for more videos coming soon
Any time-served Cabinet-makers watching should switch off about now.
Hi thankyou for watching Adi's Little Shedshop, thank you for taking your time to leave a comment, I have to say I'm clearly not a professional but I enjoy playing with tools and well it was an honest out of the box review. Keep watching tho I'm sure to get better with them.
Sooo bloody cool, well funny video, makes you want to get one to play with...🤣😅😂😃🤠
Thankyou for watching Adi's Little Shedshop, well next time you come round you can have a play with it, I'll free up some wood for you, keep watching for more fun videos
lol had to chuckle at the tool free nail removal open it and "grab a pair of pliers"
Hi thankyou for watching Adi's Little Shedshop, do you know I hadn't even thought about it until you mentioned it, but you are absolutely correct and the laugh if it is, on the box it says tool free, in the info on the website it says tool free, but in the manual it says grab a pair of pliers, lol. Keep watching for more videos coming soon
Awesome work the both of you, great video.
Hi and thankyou for watching Adi's Little Shedshop. Thankyou, I really mean that, it's nice to have good comments left. Keep watching for more videos coming soon
The future of tool reviews right here...Love it !
Hi thankyou for watching Adi's Little Shedshop, I do try to keep it interesting and not just boring facts, I will strive to be the future of tools. Thankyou and keep watching for more videos coming soon
Go for it 🎉😂😅😊 what the hell, see 👀 if you can do it ? Without B & Q ing it 😅😅😅😅. Camera operator doing a good job 👏 also a great source of knowledge when needed 👍. Lovely buy and beats the heck out of all the hammering 🔨. Cheers. The father in law.
Thanks Les, very true, it does beat hammering, oh boy it definitely makes it easier and of course as usual Mrs S has earmarked it as her new favourite tool, well at least I get the impact driver back now. Keep watching for more videos coming soon
@adislittleshedshop Did she get you to make some chop sticks 😳 🤔 for your Chinese ???
@lesliecrowther7004 nope thankfully, I'm definitely a fork person for every meal....... apart from soup or soupy type things
Boys and there toys, dangerous
Thankyou for watching Adi's Little Shedshop, this is true, but you know me so it's an unfair advantage, lol
High, suggestion , instead of expanding foam, what about the grey polystyrene they use for wall / loft insulation probably do the same job and maybe cheaper 🤔, as for the master builder 👷♂️ plywood and all, back to measuring 😅😅😅 school 🏫. Nice job and some handy tools as well.
Hi I bought the 1800mm to try. It was well made maybe a little lightweight but acceptable. It was very straight but not accurate. The horizontal was close but the vertical way out. Thanks for the video. 👍
I use the 600 mm level in this video and it’s great.
"It's a "V" groove"...... he stops, looks down the length of the level, goes through the alphabet, and agrees, "It is a "V" groove" 😂
Having a 45 degree vital on levels is more of a nuisance than helpful. In nearly 50 years on building sites, I never needed one once, it was always horizontal or vertical that was needed. A 90 degree vital on both ends is much better.
