Our remote stopped even after inserting new batteries, abs unplugging the main power block. I giggled ease bed and found instructions for reseting a remote. My wife tried then, and found the buttons to press and vioka ! It worked, thank you. This is an older remote with one black label on the back. The newer ones have a larger white and orange sticker with some sort of warning label.
