This is not working in latest model vh80a
여러가지 기능이 있는것은 좋은데요 하지만 엡도 그렇고 기기에서도 가장 중요한 더하기 기능이 없어서 너무 불편 하네요 현장에서는 한장소에 높이는 일정한데 모두 사각으로 안되어 있잖아요

Could have been designed to be way more intuitive. Really, you hold the memory button to change modes? Great piece of tech but UI was designed by an engineer with no clue how every day people think!
Jack of all trades, master of none. It would most likely to fail at any or all of these tasks. Indeed a great concept, but very poor execution...
All the tools looks cheap and weak extremely weak... i guess this will going bankrupt very soon
Honestly, the plastic housing on the tools looks cheap and would degrade and start breaking after a year or two. I've had the same Dewalt drill for 4 years and it barely has scratches. It also seems like it does everything sorta okay, and nothing well. It seems like it would just be annoying I would just bite the bullet any way after using it for a bit and buy the more expensive tools to get the job done better. This is a really cool concept, but this looks cheap and didn't have much RnD behind each tool.
So how does one purchase this device....I am familiar with the old VH-80, but the inclinometer is essential for my application. Did any of these ever get made?

How do you add all the length measurements?
Well I've been looking at this thing for probably half an hour and have not been able to find a way to add all the measurements. I want to have a total of all my measurements. I didn't think that was such a hard thing to have. I don't want to have to add them manually like I'm in second grade, I want my new $100 gadget to do it for me.
Put some light on the leveling bubble, i cannot see in low light.

Hi, Unable to connect to my smartphone, bluetooth pairing not taking place from my phone bluetooth settings ... From within the magpie app the device does not show up in the bluetooth list. What am I doin wrong ?

I work a lot with pictures/mirrors/TV hanging. I always need to find the middle of the wall. Didn't understand how to measure the middle. Where is the middle? I'm choosing between this and MiLESEEY DP-20 which has a marking laser in the middle, which is super convenient!

Does the 'auto-calibration' give you the correct dimension between two walls perpendicular to them? How do you know when standing in the middle of the room if you are shooting not at an angle and perpendicular?
Hello JTDesign1! The VH-80A comes with an auto-calibration function, meaning that there is a built-in sensor that recognize the horizontal level. Measurement will occur only at a horizontal level, and this option can be turned off; can be activated only when it's desired.
Thanks for responding. I did invest in this new model, and I'm glad the A-C feature works in the Z direction, but what about the X-Y? Your device gets you to level but what about being perpendicular to both parallel walls?@@MagpieTech_official

I've installed the app on my iPhone. On the Measuring Mode screen, I have an additional line of text at the bottom of the screen above the red "Measure" button. The line looks like this: L/W R/H D Data Under that line of text lies the red "Measure" button. The app or unit won't let me go beyond this step. I'm not sure how the app and the unit interact at this point but I can't do anything past this screen - no measuring, no nothing. And yes, I do press the red "Measure" button. Maybe this app needs some fine-tuning for iPhone? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
This is not a good video to sell your product. It's way too short. Above all, it's blurry on computer monitor - very blurry.
