How come I'm just now seeing this after 13 years? I'm either late to the party or early for staying home. Either way, I didn't bring a gift. But I do have Stucko. He's the brother that didn't become famous. He was a wallflower. I loved the montage, one of the best, especially the opening. It reminds me of that other foursome who were even more popular, The Beatles, and the Love Show in Las Vegas. And great lost footage also!!

Who's bright idea was it to wear face diapers in this documentary? Couldn't they have removed then when they were on camera? (I guess they were too scared.)

Noah, I’m watching this show for the 2nd time. We just had the 17th annual Marx Bros film festival on New Years. You must come out here!. I’m also a lifelong Marx brothers fan. Appreciate your keeping Groucho and the Brothers legacy alive and lively!

Noah is quite wrong here: DAY AT THE RACES is actually their last major film, and an improvement over their previous one, A NIGHT AT THE OPERA. Sure, there's a lot of music, but you don't see Groucho get kicked down a flight of stairs by a janitor, or have the heavy talk Margaret Dumont out of backing him, or any of that. You might like OPERA more as a movie, but RACES is a better Marx Bros. movie.

Everyone, rightly so, talks about Groucho and his genius but his brothers are always overshadowed. Harpo in particular. He was not only very funny and a decent musician, he was also a good man. Reading his autobiography “Harpo Speaks” was just beautiful. He is the type of man I strive to be: funny, intelligent, kind, talented, and a bit zany.
