Yes i live this way daily since 4 years ago i found Osho. in the same job for 25 years.. it helps more than i have words for 🙏 its amazing how much nature and life is still doing its thing around us even when in some urban ghetto..just have to pay attention..even just sitting on the grass in the Sun in barefoot having lunch break away from people and phone can be priceless ☺️ and i have turned the physical grind into physical and mental training. Thankyou Yogis 🙏 yall really do know whats up about life
