Our fight team is filled with high level fighters at the amateur and professional level. Denying Back Takes From Front Headlock

Great video. I found if the opponent retreats, instead if throwing the cross you can go right into roundhouse kick to cover more distance

Uppercut from that angle will barely connect..... It's more likely to be caught up somewhere in her arms and jt wouldn't be a proper connection....... Instead go for a left hook right hook combo
