@@cainsantacruz8655 did you purge the air from the system? It's a common and most overlooked step in the repair process. From experience, I have seen Nissan and Infiniti products overheat just because a little air pocket is trapped in the system.

@@WorkingwithBobby ya it's kinda of a forced move on my part too. I have them stored in the loft in my garage. But next week I got contractor's coming out to put a 24'x 30' addition onto my garage. At that point they have to come out of there and there's nowhere else that I can store them at the moment. So it's like either mount them up in the truck or they're going to sit outside and get ruined.

@ogt92fromthe1step9 I understand. At least nothing bad happened for you to have to mount them. One day I hope to have the good problems you have with your garage/shop and spare parts and project vehicles without having to sell them. My time is coming. ✊🏾✊🏾

@@WorkingwithBobby hey brother I do understand. It wasn't meant to be boastful or anything. I had to do a lot of bartering and horse training to get where I'm at. Selling off other projects, picking up other projects trying to flip them, just a constant hustle. In the midst of that my father-in-law just passed away I'm trying to help my wife get through it as well as myself. In the middle of this building we're having a celebration of life so I'm still trying to figure out how to set this up accordingly with contractors, the dumpster, machinery, where we are setting it up at, where everyone's parking, all while working 10-hour days and still trying to keep the house float. It's never easy just got to keep pushing forward one foot in front of the other. You're doing good brother and if no one told you today I'll say it, I'm proud of you brother 🙏💪. Keep doing you brother and keep putting out the content. I enjoy your videos, and I tried to engage your comment section hopefully that helps.

Stop driving it have a plug that's nit firing and don't want to cause anymore issues

@terrypittman6960 if there's a plug not firing, it could be a bad plug, wire, all they way up to the distributor cap, rotors button or the distributor itself.

Everything replaced and still no fire..crazy

@terrypittman6960 if you have replaced the entire ignition system under the hood and one cylinder is not firing, you have a mechanical or fueling issue.

@@WorkingwithBobbyyour water problem is probably coming from your windshield leaking. The 60/40 you’re talking about was in extended cabs at least. Almost every z71 I’ve ever seen has them

@@WorkingwithBobby you can get them anywhere. They are just a wideband O2 sensor with a visual gauge

I found a few on Amazon but, since I don't know how to weld yet, I gotta get the bolt on O2 sensor bung kit.

@@WorkingwithBobby good stuff brother. The clamp on style will be just fine. AEM makes a good product. Just make sure you install the O2 sensor in the correct location. Mount it on top of the pipe if you can, that helps the longevity of the O2 sensor.

@roughneck2204 Thanks for your input. Do you have a part number for those plugs? If not, it's OK. I gotta check the plug temperature rating before I invest. I made need to change the jets in this carburetor if that's the case. I tune it by a vacuum gauge and when I richened it up just a little, it smelled strong out of the tail pipe.

@orboakin8074 blessings to you and your family as well. That's great! Don't give up and keep wrenching on it. Normally, the thermostat not working properly would either have your car overheating(stuck closed) or running too cool(stuck open). You may have 2 separate issues causing a similar symptom. You should have a coolant temp sensor somewhere on the engine that relays coolant temperature to the ECM. Then the ECM will ground the cooling fan relay to operate the electric fans on high or low speed setting. I hope this helps.✊🏾✊🏾

@@WorkingwithBobbyjust replaced my coolant temp sensor. my temp still keeps rising and fans won't kick on both upper and lower hoses are hot, my obd reader said it was a thermostat but another reader that was more advance then mine said it was the sensor, i don't want to go and buy a thermostat and that not be the problem and thoughts, ive already checked the relays

@gavinrose5662 you seem to be losing signal somewhere. The ecu has preset parameters programmed into it to tell components what to do based on the inputs it gets from the sensors. You need to check the fan relay control side of the electric fans circuit. You could have a driver circuit issue, and ecu ground internal circuit failure or simply a bad fan control relay.

@Adamdub612 good question. At the time the cost was $1250 for a reman 350 with a $400 core charge for the old long block. So, like $1650 for an OEM long block out the door without a core to turn in.

@ogt92fromthe1step9 and thank you for sharing that information! I also put some convoluted tubing on one of the spark plug wires when my son and I was done there earlier changing the oil. I remember you saying sometimes the engine block sharp edges may chaff the wires.

@Yxng_obs I fought hard to get that side on! Ended up feeding the header in from the bottom after modifying on of the primary tubes. Only to find out later, my engine mounts were shot. Don't let that happen to you dude!
