Yeah this is my favorite game of all time. It's fantastic in every aspect, and then adding Jessica just makes it perfect. The 3DS version became the definitive version of the game when it added the Jessica endings. I think she has physics for a few of her animations in the 3DS version. They were definitely toned down though. I hope they eventually make a version that has all the best aspects of both versions.

@DQ8Jessica-sn5lt A modern remake of this game with the best of what both versions have to offer? I'd pre-order that!

@ yeah I know! I might try some translation software if I can find any, but it’s honestly not really a problem since I know DQ11’s story and stuff so well and I can use the Google translate app for combat if I need to!

Yeah unlike the other outfit changes which are all downgrades, the 3ds version of the bunny suit feels kinda like a sidegrade. I kinda wish that it had been its own piece of equipment instead of just replacing the original.

It has to do with the CERO A rating since the Dragon Quest games as of right still sticking with the CERO A rating and Sakurai from Super Smash Bros. did mentioned that CERO was getting strict with the keeping the content less sexualized for CERO A group.

Yeah and who even is supposed to be throwing the table? I always thought it was Yangus, but then how does he appear on the opposite side of the room in the next shot? The positions of the characters in this scene are a little off sometimes haha.

Just curious what are you playing this on? I’ve only played the 3ds version and I’m playing the ps2 version for the first time on a newer tv and it doesn’t look this clear.

I'm using a PS2 emulator called PCSX2. An emulator allows you to make the resolution much higher than native PS2.

Maybe she had rough brain memory to react Jessica is a woman. Old People does have a change in condition that doesn't operate they used to.

I can understand why you'd think that. This is just meant to show what this fight could have been like if the designers made Jessica a part of it. Think of it like Sylvando helping against the Slayer of the Sands boss in DQ11.

In Dragon Quest 6 and 7 male characters can learn Puff-Puff. When a male character uses the ability it will cause damage instead of making the enemy skip their turn. So Carver from DQ6 could actually be the exact character you're describing.

@@DQ8Jessica-sn5lt oh really that suprising anyway i hope we early have new and even image of dq12 in that number 12 i want more species in the world the mermaids in 11 was good but not really important in the story exempt for healing the hero after yggdrasil death personaly a really good sf and fantasy story are need diversity of sensible species that make the story more interssing to only magic and human everwhere i hope your understand what i write i not really good in english
