Ugandan singer, producer and songwriter, born as Shena Josephine Namagembe in the Kawempe region of Uganda. She started singing in the 2nd year of her studies for Bachelor of science in computer science at Makerere University.
She is known for her ability to blend different musical genres seamlessly, creating a sound that is both modern and timeless a unique blend of Afro-soul, R&B, and reggae exploring themes of love, empowerment, and social justice. She has been recognized as a role model for young women in Uganda. She is also involved in social causes such as promoting education for girls. .
