Budokai 2 is difficult but simple enough to exploit. Budokai 3 has a lot more mechanics that force you to get good, with way more characters and the stupid dragon rush... I've always enjoyed 2 more than 3, but 3 is way harder

Kid Buu is the hardest fucker to beat especially story since the mfer just keeps getting buffs
