माया गोविन्द जी को मैं 1977 से सुन रहा हूं। हम इनके कवि सम्मेलन में रात भर जाग कर कविता सुनते रहे। मेरे मामाजी ने माया जीजी से हमारा परिचय कराया था। मुम्बई में हम जुहू स्थित इनके घर पर कई बार गए हैं। जिज्जी बहुत अच्छा गाती हैं। कृष्ण की आराधिका हैं। पायल की झनकार फिल्म के गीत जीजी ने ही लिखे हैं। जिज्जी की पंक्तियां कविता कैसे होती है इस पर सटीक बैठती हैं जब सन्नाटा बना पहरुआ, मेरे द्वार सदा सोता है। तब आकुल सा कोई नया गीत जन्म लेता है। बहुत बहुत बधाई।
