I got a telescope from Goodwill and taped a cheap webcam to it. Then I took this video of the moon.
Applying filters to detected objects

Using a mask rcnn on tensorflow and opencv for the post processing. In theory this would run a lot faster on newer hardware
Filtering non interesting objects out of a scene

An example of filtering non-stationary objects out of a scene while keeping relevant objects (in this case books and cups) visible. The result is a very rough real-time floating object... kinda. The primary limitation at the moment is the speed that a mask rcnn model can run on a GTX 980.

Nothing that was ever finished. This was a small demo I put together of some art I made and coded in Unity. I like your art style, it's really similar to my daughter's!
@@tyincali Good job on the coding! thank you im kinda practicing to improve my artstyle more often.
o gawd
duuuuude.
Should've pursued this. I've been thinking about it non-stop since we last talked about this. twitter.com/elonmusk/status/999367582271422464?s=19
game maker?
nah, this is all unity
cool! Are you a programmer? I'm a game designer! :) Just wanted to let you know that I think the network you made showing references is very, very interesting. A visual representation of news and sources these days could be very beneficial for coping with false news and such. Is the network based on true data?
I am a programmer. I checked out your channel and I really liked the low poly stuff you're working on. I'm glad you liked the news graph, I thought it was pretty cool as well. I'd like to do more with it but I don't really have time at the moment. That particular graph was based on a bunch of political articles. I completely agree about the fake news thing, that was part of my motivation when I sat down to build it. Being able to visually represent references and sources in the news feels like something that could be useful.
My channel is to be watched by teachers haha:) Started game development school last autumn. Make time! Tell whoever you are working for they can get a 0.1% share. GENEROUS. Its ludicrous how popular it would have been if it was simplified in browsers and such. You should definitely look into a patent. Not sure how that would work though. I get easily carried away in many things, but this is way too cool to be left unnoticed at this point in time. I have no intention of doing anything with it, I just encourage you to.
thats super cool dude
lol
_oh jesus it's bad why'd I make this 😱😱😱_
FANTASTIC edit sir!
Nice work.
Great edit job!
I heard that Rick Astley will lend you any title from his collection of Pixar movies except one.. He's never gonna give you "Up"
Must've been terrible to get through all the fake channels pretending they were livestreaming this event.
Awesome job! Thank you for this, feel like in the future people will be making things like this for every major concert.
Thanks! Hopefully next time I do something like this I don't have to listen to Never Gonna Give You Up for 3 hours in the process.
Whats softwares/Development platforms are you using?
perfect
