Its easier to think of this way. After a block is placed, however many blocks are in the row or column. That corresponding # block will dissapear So add a [3] block beside [4][4][6] the 2 [4] Blocks would dissapear. The # on the block you place doesnt necessarily matter in most cases until you get advance and learn to setup combos.

For anyone visiting this video but still don’t know how cause he also doesn’t know how he did it😂😂😂 keep your axes in the ice, pull the analog stick backwards, not sideways, and jump and you’ll then jump backwards and can quickly use your axes to grab into the ice on the other side🥶
