I can see one problem and it is that console in the middle. I always fold the armrest back and this one does not fold back. it opens up to reveal storage. Unnecessary storage in my opinion.

I have one in this year (1976) same green, same interior color, same engine, auto. It’s in the garage right now that I’m trying to refresh some fiddly bits. All stock. It’s in Southern Arizona.

Love it! I previously had this unique color combination on a very original 2 owner 79 green on green bubble back and adored it. With 81k it had all GM dealer installed hoses, belts, etc when I purchased it. I upgraded to a turbo200 OD Trans, Edelbrock performer cam, better (small valve) heads, Tri-Y headers & a factory aluminum intake while retaining the Q-jet. It was a super reliable eye catching daily driver that drew a crowd of admirers everytime it was parked. Awesome C3

Recently bought a Trax Active,live in small town Texas the streets and county road are mostly really ruff, producing substantial road noise. So I ended up temporarily removing the spare tire and road side tool kit then, lining the spare tire area with a $5 Harbor Freight moving blanket I had lying around and putting the spare and tool kit back on top. You can really tell the difference. 😊 Great little car feel much more expensive than it is.

Loved this episode, since it's my son and my husband. I am Marian and Norm's Mom. I spent many hours working in our basement and sewing pleats, didn't have a clue what I was doing. I also did the inside of the trunk. Proud of Norm Jr. with these car episodes, not only this one but all the episodes in the past 2 years. All have been very interesting.

I recently bought a 2025 Trax Activ, love my car. My only con is there is no trunk button or latch inside the cabin of the car.

Great video, thanks. I have been driving Stags for over 45 years but have long hankered after an early Corvette which have always been very expensive in this country (Australia). It was great to see a Corvette lover who was so enthusiastic about his Stag.

I own a 72 stag in yellow. It looks like that Chesters engine is modified. A second elecrtric cooler and another water bottle. I rode about 1000 km in 4 weaks. Till now without any problems...I hope it will last like this...wish you all safe rides...

I would love to test drive a vehicle for a week. You can’t tell much in an around the block drive. About 15 years ago I was actually able to rent an identical (down to the color) vehicle to a vehicle that I was seriously considering. After driving it on a 600 mile trip I decided that this was not the vehicle for me!

We bought a 24 Trax on 10/23, it’s been a great car. Only real CONs are no front camera, no rear seat center arm rest and no rear power liftgate. However, if they offered these extras the price would jump to 30’s so we’re happy at $25K as is.

I bought a 24 LT back in June and so far it's been flawless.

Ahhh yes, brings back fond memories of the early 70's when I had a 63 convertible and also had the hard top for it. Red of course. LOL Loved that car. Also had a 71 a few years after then most recently about 12 years ago had a 94. All great cars but the 71 and 94 couldn't hold a candle to the 63. wish I still had it. Great video, thank you.

How much would the trax be that you ordered with without all the dealer add on crap? Way overpriced floor mats, way overpriced interior protection, way overpriced wax job! Can you buy this car at your dealership without these add ons? I personally feel the dealers that do these add-ons are the ones not to deal with!
