Keri has very unique sky high lob which falls vertically. It is very difficult to time for overhead. Learned a lot of things and looking forward to play again Scott and Keri won 6:2 6:3

I think you are talking about me, the red shirt hitting too many short balls.
@@TennisChaser the grey shirt guy is hitting short balls and when he tries to hit deep balls it goes out

Actually, we set a rule that you cannot attack on first three rally. Attacking from 4th. That might be the reason you see him hitting short balls at the beginning of each rally.
I wouldn't listen to weadog, not sure what video he's watching.

Not a coach, but from watching in slow motion, i think you might benefit from holding the racquet a little bit longer with your left arm. It feels like you are twisting your body way too much after impact instead of hitting through the ball. I would look at pro players that hit a one handed backhand in slow motion and maybe you can see what i mean. Love the videos!

the most fundamentally wrong thing with your serve right now is hitting with an extremely bent arm, sometimes your elbow is even perpendicular. -speed -consistency
Adding weight to racket can be great, but in your case it will only cause more problems. Until you hit a forehand with a swing and not a punch, or serve with your body and not just your wrist and elbow, its just more wear and tear, and will destroy your joints. I wouldn't recommend a blade 98, and definitely not racket modification to anyone under 4.5-5.0, and even then thats pushing it. The bones of your serve look good, but there's 10 different things you can do to add power that should come before racket weight modifications. Context: 5.0 NTRP teaching pro for 10 years and have sold rackets for that same amount of time.

@@TennisChaser because it's a low powered racket and you clearly don't have the technique to handle it, adding weight will only make it worse. Get a racket that will give you power with a lower weight and focus on the fundamentals like kinetic chain, weight transfer...
