Technically it's supposed to be about Clark and Lana to begin with because it's about Clark's past growing up learning about his abilities. Clark didn't really meet up with Lois until after he started working at the Daily Planet and became Superman. Since Lois was introduced earlier in the show it became something that viewers would be able to look forward to but it was still about Clark and Lana. they had to end Clark and Lana's story before they could get going on Lois and Clark. Can't wait!

Same here. Clark and Lana had a lot of good chemistry, that's why it lasted for so long. But this new attraction thing the writers are playing between Clark and Lois is really, really interesting. Especially since that's who he really ends up with.
